New Peloton Personal Trainer Powered by Trainwell 1 on 1 training

Last Updated: February 17, 2026By Tags:

Peloton has launched Peloton Personal Trainer powered by Trainwell, a new virtual personal training program designed to provide 1-on-1 guidance, personalized plans, and accountability. Available in beta, this service is open to eligible Peloton All-Access Members in the United States, with a 14-day free trial followed by a $99.99 monthly fee.

This new program combines Peloton’s equipment and extensive class library with Trainwell’s expertise in personalized coaching. Members are matched with certified trainers who create customized weekly plans, incorporating Peloton classes and targeted strength workouts. Trainers also provide unlimited messaging and video check-ins to ensure members stay on track. It’s important to note that the personal trainers in this program are not current Peloton instructors but are certified professionals with at least three years of experience.

How Peloton Personal Trainer Powered by Trainwell Works

The program begins with a short quiz to match members with a trainer based on their goals and preferences. After an introductory video call to review fitness history and objectives, trainers craft a personalized plan that adapts to the member’s schedule and progress. Key features include:

  • Customized Training Plans: Tailored to individual goals, using Peloton classes and custom workouts.
  • Unlimited Support: Trainers offer ongoing communication and video check-ins.
  • Accountability and Progress Tracking: Trainers ensure members stay consistent and celebrate milestones.
