Peloton Launches Sculpt Flow

Peloton’s Sculpt Flow Launch: Greta Dopp’s Premiere Class

December 6, 2025, marked a fresh chapter for the Peloton platform: Sculpt Flow. Kicking things off was brand new instructor Greta Dopp, who was announced recently alongside fellow newbies Zacharias Niedzwiecki and Johanna Ricouz. While these coaches may be new to Peloton, early reviews indicate they are not new to getting our hearts pumping and bodies sweating on the mat.

A Bit About Greta Dopp

Greta is Peloton’s first Canadian instructor. She mentioned in class that her fellow instructors are already calling her “Miss Canada” behind the scenes and she loves it. Moving to NYC for this job of a lifetime has really tickled her pink. She’s full of gratitude (or, “GRETATUDE”) for the opportunity to train with us and develop Sculpt Flow programming at Peloton. With a live studio full of friends who came from Canada to celebrate her premiere, a great playlist featuring some Canadian hitmakers like Nelly Furtado and Drake, and 1,000 members live on the leaderboard, Greta put out high, positive energy that you could feel through the screen.

Check out her IG for more about Greta.

What Is Sculpt Flow?

Sculpt Flow appears to be Peloton’s next iteration of Yoga Conditioning, but it’s also more… imagine a layering on of yoga conditioning with segments of Barre and Pilates, all while moving to a quick music-driven beat. Sounds fun, right? It was!

Greta’s Premiere 30-minute class started out with some breathwork and Pilates movements and then moved into flow. As we went through familiar poses, Greta led us slowly at first with two repetitions, and then we went with the beat of her high energy playlist moving quickly for a full body workout. The time flew by!

Yoga poses included weight work all the way through. Bodyweight modifications were always mentioned an option, of course.

While most of the movements should be familiar to most Peloton members, the notable difference between doing them in this format and, say, a Barre or Mobility class is the very tight timing to the music. Sculpt Flow felt more like a group fitness class one might take at an in-person gym. The energy was different and following along required more attention.

Where Do I Find Sculpt Flow Classes?

Under the Yoga tab, the filter button previously labelled as Yoga Conditioning has been changed to Sculpt Flow. You can find all of these new classes here, as well as the earlier Yoga Conditioning labelled classes, all the way back to the very first 2-for-1 Yoga Conditioning, the iconic WHM class with Kristin and Mariana from 3/15/23 and continuing with nearly 80 classes through Marianna’s 10/26/25 class.

Pros and Cons of Sculpt Flow

Pros

Fans of Barre, Pilates, Yoga Conditioning, Mobility, and Low Impact Cardio classes will enjoy this format. Even if one of these styles has been your jam so far, you can now get a taste of the others in quick bursts. This way, you get exposed to more ways to move your body. What’s not to love?

These classes are a full body workout that will challenge different muscles than you may be used to working, and will be a great addition to stacks on days that you might need to not lift heavy but want more than bodyweight. We think it’s a useful lens for Peloton to offer more Strength work that is very accessible.

Cons

It’s early to say after only one class, but with such a quick pacing, it was a bit challenging to modify. Personally, just as I had made my own modifications and did the reps in a way I felt like I was getting the right work for me, we were on to something else.

We also wonder if this is the end of Yoga Conditioning? These classes were member favorites as they were a bit truer to a yoga practice with the conditioning element added on. We’ll see if more of these are programmed moving forward, or if Peloton is going to scooch us all towards Sculpt.

What’s Next for Sculpt Flow?

After the premiere class, there was already a second class in the On Demand library from Johanna. Will all the yoga team be moving into this focus? Will they each give their own spin or is the format going to be narrower? We’re looking forward to finding out.
