Last Updated: March 3, 2026By Tags: ,

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s top 5 Peloton classes:

  1. 02/17/26 30-Minute HIIT & Hills Run with Becs Gentry
  2. 02/28/26 45-Minute Low Impact Ride with Christine D’Ercole
  3. 03/01/26 30-Minute 90s Pop Run with Andy Speer
  4. 03/02/26 10-Minute Jump Class with Katie Wang
  5. 02/25/26 45-Minute Full Body Strength with Rad Lopez

1. Favorite HIIT & Hills Run

Peloton Class Becs Gentry

02/17/26 30-Minute HIIT & Hills Run with Becs Gentry

“It was a different format than the ones I’ve taken before. First half was steady pace on rolling hills and second half was max effort HIIT intervals. Made those max efforts really tough after hill work! Great class if you’re training for something.” — Karen Smith

Becs structured this one to be more than just a tough workout — it’s a smart one. By front-loading the rolling hills, she primed your legs for fatigue before demanding max effort in the back half, which is exactly the kind of training that builds race-day resilience. If you’re working toward a goal event or just want a class that leaves you with a well-earned sense of accomplishment, this one deserves a spot in your rotation.

2. Favorite Inspirational Ride

Peloton Class Christine D'Ercole

02/28/26 45-Minute Low Impact Ride with Christine D’Ercole

“If you are looking for an inspirational ride, this is it. During the ride, Christine reminds you to ask yourself ‘What if I can’ and to take risks and push outside of your comfort zone.” — Andrea Kirshenbaum

Christine has always had a gift for pairing physical effort with a mindset shift, and this low impact ride is a perfect example. The question “What if I can?” is deceptively simple but hits differently when your legs are burning. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or easing back into a routine, this class delivers both a solid workout and a fresh perspective to carry with you well beyond the cooldown.

3. Favorite Run

Peloton Classes Andy Speer

03/01/26 30-Minute 90s Pop Run with Andy Speer

“It was like working out with friends talking about the old days. The playlist was built around movie and TV soundtrack songs and Andy quizzed us on some trivia as each song came on. His banter with members is as fun live as it looks on screen. I actually did this run as a walk and the structure was perfect for that modification. It alternated easy to moderate pace and had a little heat at the end, but mostly it was just about having a good time and getting some steps. If you need a laid back class with some lighthearted chit chat and lots of smiling faces, this is the one for you!” — Elizabeth Schlosberg

Andy turned this 90s pop run into something that felt less like a workout and more like a reunion. The trivia format was a clever touch — nothing makes the miles fly by like debating whether you remember which movie a song came from. And as Elizabeth notes, the structure works just as well as a walk, making this one genuinely accessible for everyone. Pure, feel-good nostalgia from start to finish.

4. Favorite Jump Class

Peloton Classes Katie Wang

03/02/26 10-Minute Jump Class with Katie Wang

“I’ve been excited to try these classes. I didn’t expect to like it but I did think it was something that would benefit me — maybe it will help with bone health but will also help with mobility. I did like it and while it wasn’t easy, it wasn’t crushing either. I may record myself doing the class this week (especially the single leg jumps) and record again at the end of the month to see if I am making any progress.” — Sarah Lester

If you’ve been jump-curious but haven’t taken the plunge (pun intended), Sarah’s experience might be the nudge you need. Jump classes are having a moment, and for good reason — the benefits for bone density and mobility are real, and the format is short enough to stack easily into your routine. Sarah’s plan to track her progress over the month is a brilliant idea, too. Consider this your inspiration to give it a try and see where you are in 30 days.

5. The Unstackable: Favorite Full Body Strength

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

Peloton Classes Rad Lopez

02/25/26 45-Minute Full Body Strength with Rad Lopez

“It had a 2-minute buy-in of burpees and a one-minute buy-out of burpees. So challenging but, with Rad’s encouraging words and killer playlist, it was a great workout!” — Peyton Grover

Burpees at the start. Burpees at the end. Rad wasn’t playing around with this one. The buy-in/buy-out format is a gut check before you’ve even gotten started — and a final reminder of who’s in charge once you think you’re done. But as Peyton can attest, Rad’s energy and playlist make you feel like you can conquer anything in between. This one earns its Unstackable title honestly.

Thank you!

Thank you to all of our listeners for sharing your Peloton class recommendations and enthusiasm. Keep the nominations coming, and maybe your favorite will make the list next week!
