Why you loved them!
1. Favorite Strength Class
5/18/2025 45-minute Full Body Strength with Rebecca Kennedy
This was one of the most popular Peloton class recommendations we received this week. TCO Tipster Amy is giving high marks to this class. The pyramid format was tough but included rest, and Amy appreciated the “not complicated” moves that let her focus on form, not frustration. The real highlight? RK’s impersonation of a rogue sports bra pad insert mid-class. “It was hilarious—and I highly recommend this class,” said Amy. “It goes by quickly thanks to the 100 format!” And, for what it’s worth, we happen to think that Peloton should lean into the 100-rep format and bring more of that back to the platform.
2. Favorite Walk
5/17/2025 30-minute Walk & Talk with Matty Maggiacomo and special guest Mel Robbins
TCO listener Ray WClne picked Matty’s 30-minute Walk & Talk with Mel Robbins as a standout class of the week, saying, “I loved the positive energy during this session. Hope more are done with this type of collaboration.” He’s not alone—this one was a hit across the Peloton community. TCO writer Lindsey called it “exactly the kind of class that leaves you smiling and thinking.” Matty, a longtime fan of Mel’s, clearly had his dream guest moment unlocked, and the chemistry between them made for a walk packed with wisdom and good vibes. And yes—we felt like Mel gave us all permission to shake off the noise and keep moving forward.
3. Favorite Outdoor Class
5/14/2025 30-minute Mindful Walk with Mariana Fernandez
Mariana Fernández’s 30-minute Mindful Walk from 5/14/25 was a fan favorite this week, with several TCO listeners singing its praises. Karen Smith shared, “I was so excited to take this class as I’ve been not so patiently waiting for outdoor walking content from her—and I can’t wait for more!” TCO Tipster Jenn chimed in with, “Another vote for Mariana’s Mindful Walk! She needs more walks on the platform!” With her signature calm energy and encouragement, Mariana created the kind of grounding, soul-soothing experience that left the community wanting a whole series.
4. Favorite Ride
5/10/2025 30-minute 2000s Ride with Denis Morton
This week’s Favorite Ride goes to Dennis Morton’s 30-minute 2000s Ride from 5/10/25, thanks to Karen Smith. “Not only was the music on point,” she said, “it’s worth taking just for the look he gives the camera when ‘Low’ by Flo Rida comes on. 😂” Packed with tap backs and throwback bangers, this ride is equal parts sweat and sass. If early-2000s hits and classic Dennis vibes are your thing, go ahead and bookmark this one—you’ll be back.
5. Favorite Unstackable Run
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
5/18/2025 30-minute Progression Run with Mariana Fernandez
This week’s Unstackable goes to Mariana Fernández’s 30-minute Progression Run from 5/18/25, nominated by Rich Glass. “I did it live—it was a hard but fun class,” he said, and if you’ve ever taken a progression run, you know exactly what he means. The steady speed increases sneak up on you, and by the final minutes, you’re questioning all your life choices (in the best way). This is one of those classes where stacking anything afterward sounds like a certified bad idea. Take it, love it, then lie down.
