Ahead of each week, we assemble a list curated by scouring social media, so that you can make the most of your time with Peloton. We’ll help you see what’s happening so you can do the classes you want to do!

Rebecca’s New Program/Collection “HiLit” is Available 1/12
After a fun tease, Rebecca is ready to share an entirely new concept: HiLit! Peloton says it’s a combo of high intensity and low impact classes using Strength, Tread, Pilates and Mobility classes. We can’t wait to see how Rebecca has programmed something super creative! Check out this article with a big preview!

HYROX Training is Back with Andy 1/13
Is this the best power couple friendly competition out there? Not only does Rebecca have her new HiLit Program/Collection starting January 12, the very next day her partner in strength, life, and dogs – Andy – has a straight fire HYROX class, live! Get ready to get your “peach” kicked eight ways from Sunday with this!

Denis’ New Series “Deep Dive” Starts 1/14
Do you love Denis‘ IG series, Tuesday Tunes? In this weekly post on his account, he talks about albums he loves, and why. For someone who really appreciates music and music history as he does (see his Sample That Rides too!), this is an exciting development from Peloton. Apparently they love this content too! His first episode/class will be the recently-inducted Rock and Roll Hall of Famers, Outkast. For more on Outkast and Denis’ Tuesday Tunes, click here.

Love a Long Run? This is Your Week!
Shorter classes on the Tread and Bike were the norm last year, but this year it seems already that Peloton is listening to members who want their longer classes back! This week features three 60 Minute Runs! Get moving with Mariana on January 15, Becs on January 17, and Marcel D on January 18!

New 2-for-1 Strength with Erik and Assal 1/16… Will There Also Be Yoga?
If you are not watching Erik and Assal tackle hilarious partner yoga challenges on Instagram, you are really missing some excellent content! With their fun vibe in mind, we are so excited for this dynamic duo to bring us a 60 Minute Live Strength class on January 16!

Bradley’s Third 60 Minute Ride Ever 1/16
Remember when we said members wanted more long rides? Make sure you check this one off your list to show Peloton how much we appreciate this programming! Bradley is back with only his third ever hourlong ride! With a 90s rock theme this will surely be a jaunt down memory lane in the funniest way possible.

Kirsten’s New Running Program is Available 1/16
Anyone can run with Kirsten by their side! Check out her new program dropping 1/16 and get ready to call yourself a runner!


Special ReSpin Classes with Members 1/17
Peloton launched their partnership with Halle Berry’s ReSpin last fall, giving members the opportunity to join a research study called PRESS (Peloton/ReSpin Exercise & Symptoms Study) that helped them explore how targeted exercise can help manage menopause symptoms like sleep disruption, mood swings, and energy fluctuations. The study has come to a close, and to cap it off, there is a special event on January 17. This will include a panel discussion with Christine as well as Susie coming in from PSL, and two classes with them. Christine’s class will be Live in the schedule while it appears Susie’s is held that day but will Premiere or Encore later. Both are in the Sprint Interval training format of workouts that have been much celebrated as Peloton has increased its menopause-focused class programming. Invitations to these classes were initially sent to members who participated in the study, then registration was opened to all members.

Valentine’s Day Classes Delight… Especially for CVV Fans 2/13-14
The Live schedule is showing some fun classes celebrating Valentine’s Day, including the one of the best bromances in the Pelo-verse (rivaled perhaps only by Jon & Erik and Andy & Adrian)… yes, it’s Matt and Christian, back with another 120-Minute Power Zone Endurance Ride! Reunited and it feels so good! Other themed classes currently on the Live schedule include a Walk and Talk with Matty, a Ride with Jess K, and a Slow Flow with Aditi.

February is Black History Month
Some live BHM classes are already visible on the Live schedule, including (as of this writing) a Yoga + Pilates with Johanna and a Walk + Run with Robin.

Sam Records a Surprise
Get ready for something new from Sam! Will this be his long-awaited meditations? Or more Pilates… remember he was part of the original launch? We can’t wait to find out!
