We’ll help you see what’s happening so you can do the classes you want to do!

Need Shoulder Rehab? Adrian’s New HSS-Designed Program May Be for You!

As always, check with your own doctors as needed.

Join Mariana in her new Sculpt Flow class on Sunday, December 21 at noon. When we first reviewed this class type, and noticed it now was the main filter button replacing “Yoga Conditioning,” if both types of workouts would still be on the roster moving forward. Seems like no, but we are guessing Mariana’s will make some minor adjustments and continue to bring the heat just as she did in the previous iteration of this work.
