Developed by experienced trainers, Matt and Andy, these full body strength classes are designed to target key muscle groups used in skiing, including your legs, core, and upper body. By focusing on functional movements and incorporating exercises that mimic the physical demands of skiing, you’ll improve your stability, power, and endurance on the slopes.
