Peloton Launching 12 Week HYROX Training Program
Peloton Launching 12 Week HYROX Training Program
Peloton is launching a new 12-week HYROX Training Program designed to prepare members for the global fitness race. The program brings a structured training regimen to the platform, focusing on the unique blend of running and functional fitness that defines HYROX competitions. This new offering signals Peloton’s continued expansion into specialized, event-based training. Back in mid-January, The Clip Out alerted members that this program was in the works and we are excited to see the full announcement now!

The HYROX program is scheduled to begin on February 27 and is designed to build strength, enhance endurance, and get participants race-day ready. It aligns with the growing popularity of hybrid fitness events that test both cardiovascular capacity and functional strength.

What is a HYROX Training Program?
Before diving into Peloton’s specific offering, it’s helpful to understand what HYROX is. HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations. The competition is the same for every participant around the world, making it a standardized test of fitness.
A typical HYROX event consists of a 1-kilometer run followed by a functional workout station, repeated eight times. The stations include exercises like the ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. A HYROX training program is structured to prepare an athlete for the demands of completing these eight functional movements interspersed with 8 kilometers of running.
Peloton’s Approach to HYROX Training
Peloton’s relationship with HYROX began before this new program, with a formal collaboration that included the launch of HYROX-inspired classes on the platform and direct participation of Peloton instructors in HYROX events. Notably, several Peloton instructors, including Robin Arzón, Andy Speer, Adrian Williams, Logan Aldridge, Joslyn Thompson Rule, and others, took on the challenge at past HYROX competitions where they prominently showcased the brand’s commitment to functional fitness and real-world performance. You can learn more about the partnership via The Clip Out Podcast or read here.
This partnership helped introduce Peloton’s global community to the unique structure and demands of HYROX. Members were excited to learn about the benefits of blending at-home digital training with the competitive spirit of live events. Building on this foundation, Peloton now offers HYROX classes to all members. Luckily for many, the new 12-week HYROX Training Program represents the next phase of this collaboration. Each week of the program is mapped to specific physical and technical components of HYROX, supporting progressive overload and injury prevention. Members will receive structured guidance on pacing, recovery, and nutrition, with programmed rest periods to optimize results and maintain motivation up to race day.
The guided path is designed for both seasoned competitors and those new to the HYROX format, providing a thorough preparation plan led by Peloton instructors and making event training more accessible to Peloton’s large member base.

Meet the Peloton HYROX Instructors
The program will be led by seven of Peloton’s well-known instructors: Robin Arzón, Andy Speer, Adrian Williams, Logan Aldridge, Joslyn Thompson Rule, Ash Pryor, and Alex Karwoski. Together, these coaches bring expertise across a variety of fitness disciplines, including strength, running, and rowing offering a comprehensive approach to HYROX training.
Participants can also expect to train for each of the eight functional workout stations featured in a standard HYROX event:
- Ski erg
- Sled push
- Sled pull
- Burpee broad jumps
- Rowing
- Farmer’s carry
- Sandbag lunges
- Wall balls
