New Jess King Dance Cardio This Week at Peloton

From powerful walks to nostalgic rides, this week’s lineup has something for everyone, but Jess’s much-anticipated return takes center stage. Her latest class is designed to boost confidence, coordination, and joy while reminding members that fitness can feel just like a party.
New Dance Cardio with Jess King
The wait is over. Dance Cardio with Jess King is back, and it’s a real treat for members. This will be Jess King’s fifth solo Dance Cardio class, and the eleventh overall in the category, showcasing her expertise and passion for movement. Jess is a master of building an incredible playlist, and her classes are designed to be accessible for everyone.
It doesn’t matter if you are new to dance or have been moving for years. These classes are methodically broken down, building up choreography step-by-step to grow your confidence and coordination. The goal isn’t perfect execution; it’s about moving your body and escaping the day.
This new 15-minute Dance Cardio class will be available on demand starting Wednesday, September 17th, at 12 am ET / 5 am BST.
