Count Yourself In: Week 1 of Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program Is Now on the Schedule
Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program is on the schedule and Week 1 is ready for you to count yourself in. Debuting April 13, Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program brings together five beloved instructors across four disciplines: cycling, rowing, running, and strength. It is a coordinated, progressive format built to help one big Peloton community get stronger week after week.

What Is Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program?
Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program is a four-week training plan designed to help members move better, grow stronger, and get faster. At its core, the program is about building strength and conditioning across multiple disciplines, leveling up your VO2 max, improving cadence, and increasing how quickly and efficiently you move.
Rather than focusing on a single modality, the program weaves together cycling, rowing, running, strength training, and core work into one cohesive experience. Strength workouts are built around multi-directional movements and rotational work, giving members a more functional, full-body challenge than a traditional single-machine session ever could.
Classes are live at 6:30 AM ET every Monday through Friday, and available on demand shortly after for members who cannot make the live time. UK members can also catch the classes at 11:30 AM BST. You can read more about the full program announcement in The Clip Out’s dedicated coverage here.
The Spring Cross-Training Challenge
Alongside the program, Peloton has launched a Spring Cross-Training Challenge inside the app. Members can join the challenge to track their progress and earn a badge as they work through the Live Spring Cross-Training Plan classes from April 13 onward. Head to the Challenges tab in the app to join, and be sure to also join the Cross-Training Team for guidance, tips, and community support throughout the four weeks. With over 351,000 participants already signed up, this is shaping up to be one of Peloton’s biggest community moments of the spring.

The Instructor Lineup
One of the most exciting elements of Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program is the instructor roster. Peloton assembled five coaches who bring genuine expertise across disciplines.
Emma Lovewell leads cycling and core work, bringing her signature energy and precision to every session. Andy Speer handles running, offering his trademark endurance coaching on the tread. Alex Karwoski leads rowing, ensuring members develop solid mechanics and form. Katie Wang anchors the strength component, keeping the focus on functional, multi-directional movement throughout the program. Ally Love also joins on the bike, adding her powerhouse motivation to the cycling lineup.
Wherever you show up in Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program, you are in expert hands

One Community, Getting Stronger Together
What makes Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program feel different from a typical class drop is the shared experience. This is one big Peloton community showing up together, week after week, working toward the same goals: better conditioning, higher VO2 max, improved cadence, and faster, more efficient movement.
With over 351,000 members already signed up for the Spring Cross-Training Challenge, the energy around this program is real. Joining the Cross-Training Team inside the app is a great way to stay connected, get tips, and celebrate progress alongside thousands of other members doing the same work. A German Version Is Coming Too
Peloton is not stopping with English-speaking members. A German-language version of the program is set to launch April 27, featuring all ten of Peloton’s German-language instructors. You can read more about that rollout here.
Why Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program Matters
Cross-training has become central to how Peloton thinks about member fitness. Peloton’s Live Cross-Training Program reflects a broader shift toward functional, multi-modal training that builds endurance, strength, and speed across different energy systems.
Coordinated live classes also solve a real problem for members: the effort of piecing together a balanced weekly routine on your own. Here, the structure is already built for you. This approach fits naturally with Peloton’s broader content evolution, from the Peloton Cross-Training Series hardware launch to the Pace Your Race Marathon Program. Structured, progressive programming is clearly where Peloton is headed.
Four weeks from now, you could be a stronger, faster, and more well-rounded athlete. Are you counting yourself in?
