Yoga Series Returns in Bryant Park

Is there anything more serene than practicing yoga in one of the busiest cities in the world? Believe it or not, Bryant Park offers you the perfect opportunity to find your zen, surrounded by the stunning skyline of Midtown Manhattan. This summer and early fall, take a break from your hectic routine and join us for some rejuvenating yoga sessions right in the heart of New York City.

When and Where?

Mark your calendars! You can catch free yoga classes twice a week:

  • Tuesday Mornings at 10:00am ET
  • Wednesday Evenings at 6:00pm ET (Starting in September, these evening classes will begin at 5:30pm ET)

Who’s Leading the Classes?

Top yoga instructors from the NYC area guide you through each session. These include current and former Peloton yoga instructors: Anna Greenberg, Mariana Fernandez, Kirra Michel, Colleen Saidman, and Kristin McGee.  Mariana, among other instructors, will offer bilingual classes in both English and Spanish.

Ready to roll out your mat? Registration is simple and free. Just head over to BryantPark.org for all the details.  You are encouraged to arrive for your session 15 minutes in advance and bring your own mat and water.
