Bauch Beine Po Collection: Peloton’s Targeted Strength Series

Peloton has added the new Bauch Beine Po Collection to its growing library of specialized fitness content. This collection gives members a dedicated way to build strength with German-language instruction. It targets the classic “BBP” (Bauch, Beine, Po) approach: abs, legs, and glutes to create a focused and effective lower-body and core training experience.

What is the Bauch Beine Po Collection?

The Bauch Beine Po Collection brings together a focused series of strength classes designed to tone and strengthen the lower body and core. Built around the classic German BBP method, Bauch, Beine, Po, the collection emphasizes intentional work for the abs, legs, and glutes through efficient and targeted training.

Assal Arian teaches every class in the collection and guides members through structured routines that build strength, stability, and muscular endurance. Her coaching style is clear and approachable, which makes the workouts accessible whether German is your first language or not. Members who do not speak German can follow along by turning on subtitles. The simple and straightforward cueing helps ensure the movements feel manageable for all experience levels.

By grouping these classes into one dedicated space, Peloton creates a seamless experience for German-speaking members while also introducing the BBP training style to a wider audience. You can access the Bauch Beine Po Collection on the Bike, Tread, or App under the Collections tab, making it easy to incorporate lower body and core focused strength work into your routine.

Instructor Lineup and Class Structure

Assal leads every class in the Bauch Beine Po Collection with a style that is both challenging and intentional. Her trademark series currently includes 10 classes ranging from 20 to 45 minutes, each thoughtfully structured with separate sections for lower body and core work so you can focus on each area. While Assal is known for delivering tough, high-repetition workouts, she consistently coaches proper technique and muscle engagement throughout every movement. She also demonstrates modifications for those who may need them, ensuring the classes remain accessible to a wide range of fitness levels without sacrificing effectiveness. You can stack these sessions with other workouts or use them on their own.

These classes use high-repetition exercises and resistance training. Common movements include:

  • Squats and lunges for leg development.
  • Glute bridges and deadlifts for posterior chain strength.
  • Planks and crunches for core stability.

Assal emphasizes strong form and controlled execution in every class, helping members safely build strength and confidence over time.

Strategic Expansion of German Content

Peloton continues to invest in international markets with the Bauch Beine Po Collection. Germany is a key area of growth for the company. Peloton brings BBP, a mainstay in German fitness, to its members. This move shows the brand recognizes and adapts to local workout preferences.

This collection adds to Peloton’s language-specific content. It supports a diverse and global membership. German speakers get classes that match their fitness culture and language.
