With an unwavering passion for the practice, Aditi has dedicated her life to helping others discover yoga’s transformative powers. Her style of teaching is a blend of tradition, creativity, and fun, which helps to inspire her students to grow from the inside out, and she encourages everyone to lead with an open heart.

Anna Greenberg: Using Movement and Music to Connect Mind and Body

Anna’s love for yoga began when she felt a switch turn on inside of her after practicing for the first time. Since then, she has been on a mission to share its transformative powers with others. Using movement and music to help Members connect their mind and body, Anna’s classes are designed to help her students find inner peace and grounding.

Kristin McGee: Making Yoga Accessible and Bringing Balance to Everyday Life

As one of the most recognized yoga instructors in NYC, Kristin has been a pioneer in making yoga more accessible. She firmly believes that just a few minutes of yoga a day can bring more balance and harmony to our everyday lives. As a busy mom of three boys, Kristin’s classes aim to challenge and ground you while bringing a strong connection back to your mind, body, and breath.
