Ally Love Speaker Appearance at the Ignite by 4-H Summit Is a Perfect Match

Ally Love speaker audiences have grown with the announcement that he Peloton VP and instructor is scheduled to appear at the 2026 Ignite by 4-H Summit, the national teen leadership conference running March 25 through 29, in Washington, D.C. This appearance caps off a big month of prominent platforms for Ally.

What Ignite by 4-H Is

Ignite by 4-H is the premier national summit for high school teens, now in its third year as an in-person event in Washington, D.C. The conference brings together more than 1,800 students ages 14 to 18 from across the country, and National 4-H Council describes it as more than an event. It is a movement where curiosity meets action, ideas turn into solutions, and the next generation of changemakers step forward.

The four-day conference includes tracks covering AgriScience, Animal Science, Community Accelerators, Healthy Living, and STEM. A central feature is the Lead to Change campaign, which challenges delegates to identify community issues, develop proposals, and compete for funding to implement them. The 2026 program also includes a track called CWF @ Ignite alongside the standard Ignite programming.

Why the Ally Love Speaker Role Is a Natural Fit

The Ally Love speaker role at the 4-H summit connects directly to the empowerment work Love has been building outside of Peloton for years. She founded Love Squad in 2015 specifically to empower women through conversation, education, and community. As a certified health coach, TODAY Show contributor, and former Brooklyn Nets host, Love brings credibility across wellness, media, and personal development that aligns closely with what Ignite by 4-H aims to deliver to teens. Her speaking clients span corporate wellness, youth leadership, and sports media. Appearing at a national teen summit in the nation’s capital is consistent with the platform she has built.

A Big Month for Ally Love

This Ally Love speaker appearance comes on the heels of the announcement that Love was announced as a founding member of the JPMorganChase Athlete Council alongside Tom Brady, Dwyane Wade, Megan Rapinoe, A’ja Wilson, and others. That initiative, announced March 18, is focused on financial literacy for athletes at every level.  Recently, Peloton peer Greta Dopp also made a special appearance in a leadership role with teens, appearing at the Fortune and Forks Foundation Girls Summit for Girls.
