The Alex Toussaint Greatest Hits Collection: A Celebration

The new Alex Tousaint Greatest Hits Collection, appearing in the Peloton library this week, is a celebration of AT’s 10 year Peloversary. The 100 classes in this collection draws on classes from a broad span of Alex’s contributions. It is divided by category, enabling members to explore different aspects of his instruction on two modalities.

Alex’s role at Peloton follows a route shaped by both practical experience and focused discipline. Before joining the platform, he worked in fitness facility maintenance. His formative years included attendance at military school, a factor that has informed both his professional outlook and classroom approach. Over ten years, Alex has become a senior instructor and a familiar figure to Peloton members, known for a coaching style grounded in structure, commitment, and steady progress. And in hip hop, but also he loves a Demi Lovato moment. “Don’t get it twisted!”

The Alex Toussaint Greatest Hits Class Categories

The Collection is divided into several categories that will be familiar to fans.

Bike and Tread:
A selection of cycling and running sessions that reflect Toussaint’s core programming.

Club Bangers:
Classes known for high-tempo playlists and an emphasis on music-driven energy while Alex curates a night out through the playlist vibes. His Lil Jon Club Bangers classes are truly iconic!

Special Events + Artist Series:
Classes developed around collaborations with music artists and for featured themed occasions. From last year’s F1 Ride and Superhero Ride to older artist series featuring hip hop classics, AT has some of the most popular classes in the library.

Intervals (Bike and Tread):
High-intensity interval training sessions designed to train cardiovascular endurance and pacing. Don’t skip a warm up before jumping into these!

Ride to Greatness:
Competitive rides emphasizing teamwork and leaderboard participation. When he had us competing as #TeamActivate vs #TeamValidate, that was peak community moments in Peloton.

Hip Hop Hits:
Sessions anchored by Hip Hop music selections, a frequent component of Toussaint’s classes. Monday night hip hop… IYKYK!

Inhale Confidence, Exhale Doubt

No one loves a mantra like AT. From “feel good, look good, do better” to “stay ready so you don’t have to get ready” Alex has plenty of motivational musings to get you through tough moments in his classes. But he’s more about the discipline than the motivation. His workouts make you feel like you can accomplish anything, that you can reach a mountain top and when you get there, you extend a hand down to brings someone up with you.

It’s not all about crushing it though. As he’s been more open lately about depression and his ongoing work advocating for men’s mental health, he often acknowledges that for many, just waking up each day is the win.

Wherever you’re at, there’s an AT workout to meet you. Check out his classes now, available in the Collections section.
