Transcript:
Speaker: Welcome to the clip out episode 4 46. This is Crystal O’Keefe
Speaker 2: and this is Tom O’Keefe. Hi.
Speaker: Hi.
Speaker 2: I don’t have a little humorous, personal anecdote to share.
Well, let’s just skip right ahead to the part where you tell us what you have in store for people.
Speaker: All right. This week we dive into the ever evolving world of Peloton. Fitness is Peloton stock. Finally poised for a rebound. We analyze the finance latest financial [00:01:00] murmurs and what they could mean murmurs for the future of connected fitness.
Speaker 2: Somebody likes REM
Speaker: plus. Peloton teases. Its next Global project.
Speaker 2: Oh, projects
Speaker: and drops. A mysterious PR post. Leaving everyone guessing. We also break down the merger of two major Facebook groups and what it means for the community.
Speaker 2: Ah, it’s nice when people get along.
Speaker: It’s all one group. Things AI doesn’t understand. Get ready for some exciting content updates.
Speaker 2: In fairness, I didn’t understand it either.
Speaker: Including the brand new Lord Artist series and new training programs from Hannah Frankston and Rebecca Kennedy. Nope. NN no. Uh, we will cover all the latest instructor news from two day’s. New role on a Tyler Perry Show to Hannah Franken’s. Return to New York City. We’ve got updates on milestone notifications, updates on [00:02:00] Hair Gate 2.0 and so much more.
Okay.
Speaker 2: I feel like you don’t like this new system.
Speaker: No, I was just overdoing. ’cause I knew reading, it would sound like I was reading it. Like
Speaker 2: you were reading it. Yeah.
Speaker: So I was being silly with it.
Speaker 2: Gotcha.
Speaker: So more behind the scenes.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: Yeah. But I did misunderstand some things for real. But we’ll cover it when we get there.
Yes. That’s okay.
Speaker 2: Then we will make you understand
Speaker: exactly
Speaker 2: by you, I mean me. Yeah. And then I will promptly forget it. It’s my superpower.
Speaker: We’ll talk about it next week and you’ll be like, oh, really?
Speaker 2: Did we cover this last week? Should I put this in the show this week? And you’re like, Steven, little no longer works there.
I’m like, what? When did that happen?
Speaker: Even you know that because wrote one of the best headlines ever.
Speaker 2: It’s, yeah, it’s episode 12.
Speaker: Yeah,
Speaker 2: it’s been all downhill for me since then. I’ve been coasting on that for 400 and. 32 episodes. I
Speaker: the math right episode. It was episode 12. It wasn’t episode 12, it was after that.
Speaker 2: So, so, [00:03:00] uh, before we get to all that shameless plugs, don’t forget, we’re available on Apple Podcast, Spotify, iHeart. Tune in wherever you find a podcast. You can find us. While you are there, be sure and follow us. You never miss an episode. Maybe leave us a review. That’s super helpful. It is greatly appreciated.
You can also if you just cannot get enough. Of this podcasting magic that we are supplying you. It’s even more casual over in the Patreon. It
Speaker: is, and I get sassy.
Speaker 2: Yes. Patreon sassier.com/the clip out five bucks a month. What do you get for your five bucks a month? Our undying love and gratitude and ad free episodes, bonus episodes.
And they’re getting along.
Speaker: They are.
Speaker 2: Maybe that’s not a selling point.
Speaker: I don’t know wanting,
Speaker 2: but I guess if you have a bonus,
Speaker: bonus episodes too.
Speaker 2: Yeah. I guess if you’re wanting more
Speaker: Yeah.
Speaker 2: You don’t want like a, an eight minute bonus episode. No. But but yeah, you get, uh, bonus content every week. Mm-hmm. And what [00:04:00] else?
Oh, early episodes. So you get ’em a, you get ’em a day early. That’s true. So more often than not,
Speaker: what are we gonna cover this week?
Speaker 2: This week on the Patreon, we’re gonna talk about why dry January works, even when it doesn’t. Okay.
Speaker: Mm-hmm. All right.
Speaker 2: That’s what you call ts. All right. Also, new year’s resolutions.
Lower your cancer risk question mark.
Speaker: Interesting. Okay. I have questions on that.
Speaker 2: Okay. And Pelotons focus. On the menopause.
Speaker: Listen, I can already tell you this. At this particular issue, I’m getting super, super snarky about Ooh. And it’s not towards Peloton.
Speaker 2: Okay.
Speaker: It’s toward the writer of this article. Ooh.
So
Speaker 2: claw out.
Speaker: Yeah I’m annoyed.
Speaker 2: Kitty’s got
Speaker: pause. Talk about missing the big picture.
Speaker 2: Okay.
Speaker: All right. Anyway,
Speaker 2: so that’s all over on the Patreon. Our funniest one yet, and I say that because we haven’t recorded it yet, so it could maybe be true. Maybe. So, [00:05:00] uh, anyway, what else am I supposed to say here? Oh, yeah.

If you’re not already over on YouTube, youtube.com/the clip out.
So there’s all that. Let’s dig in. Shall we?
Speaker: We shall.
Speaker 2: If you have been taking classes. Over and over again.
Speaker: Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2: And you feel like the music has changed?
Speaker: Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2: I have Good news for you.
Speaker: What’s that?
Speaker 2: You are not crazy.
Speaker: That’s true.
Speaker 2: Or at least not because of this.
Speaker: Right.
Speaker 2: You might be crazy.
Speaker: We don’t know. We are not qualified to say
Speaker 2: we are not medical professionals.
[00:06:00] Mm-hmm. As evidenced by the fact that we use crazy as a diagnosis. That’s true. Yeah, that’s true. So there, there’s your first tip, just the tip. Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. Okay. Anyway.
Speaker: Okay,
Speaker 2: Peloton. Where, where did this all start? Oh, yeah,
Speaker: song,
Speaker 2: shameless Plugs. Oh, wait, no, we’re in the show. No, we’re in the show.
Okay. We’re in the show. Uh, song swaps. They’ve been swapping out songs
Speaker: they have
Speaker 2: In, uh, in classes. And people are like feeling all discombobulated.
Speaker: Yeah. Like if you’re taking a class over and over again, like you said, and you’re used to kind of the rhythm and all of a sudden. The song that you’re used to hearing right there, where you’re doing, I don’t know, bicep Pearls.
Speaker 2: It’s a, it’s a Beatles artist series, and they lost the rights to the Beatles and you’re just like, I think this is Oasis.
Speaker: No, they would probably delete that one. But yeah. So obviously license music licensing has a timeframe that it’s good for.
Speaker 2: Yes.
Speaker: It’s not just indefinitely or in perpetuity, as they say,
Speaker 2: right,
Speaker: in that world, but, [00:07:00] um, there’s a reason for that.
Getting in a license or rights for in perpetuity is like a zillion dollars.
Speaker 2: Right.
Speaker: So it’s never gonna happen.
Speaker 2: And some, some songs are just like Sure. Re-up for another two years. Yeah. They don’t care. They don’t care. One other ones. And then some songs are, Hey, Jude. Yeah.
Speaker: Or,
Speaker 2: or, you know, you.
Speaker: Or it’s an artist sweet child of mine that doesn’t wanna do business with Peloton anymore.
Yeah. Or they wanna wait until they’re pushing their new album. Or a movie. Or a book. Right. Or whatever.
Speaker 2: Or they only did it because they were pushing
Speaker: a new thing. Yeah. There’s so many ins and outs to this. And, and you gotta remember, it’s not just as simple as like contacting, um, the person who wrote the song.
Yeah. Number one, A lot of times. They’re not no longer alive. But number two, the person who sang the song is not always the person who wrote the song. Mm-hmm. And the people, even in that case, even if it is the same, it doesn’t mean they own the rights to it.
Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, so many of these artists now have sold off their rights.
Speaker: Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2: You know, they’ve, they’ve bundled up their catalogs and sold them for hundreds of [00:08:00] millions of dollars.
Speaker: You made them Rich.
Speaker 2: Pink Floyd did it not too long ago. So if you’ve noticed. Pink Floyd is, is
Speaker: suddenly appearing everywhere.
Speaker 2: And Pink Floyd was notorious for not showing up anywhere.
Speaker: Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2: They didn’t license their music for shit.
Speaker: I know.
Speaker 2: And all these venture,
Speaker: I mean, I know ’cause I live with you.
Speaker 2: Yeah. And all these venture capitalists are buying things and stripping them and selling them for parts and destroying this late stage capitalism. And and like, man, I saw the article about Pink Floyd telling the rights of your songs.
And
Speaker: it was like two days later, it,
Speaker 2: for real, it was like within weeks. Their, I don’t even know if it was a month, their music started popping up in shows. They’re like, it’s on. It’s
Speaker: on.
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, because it was, uh, they used a Pink Floyd song in. Black phone two. Yeah. And all I was just, and it really took me out of it because I was just like,
Speaker: Hey, wait a second.
Speaker 2: You can’t use this song, pink Floyd does. Oh, they sold their rights. That’s right. And then it was also just used in wayward that show on Netflix about the cult.
Speaker: Oh yeah, that’s right. It [00:09:00] was,
Speaker 2: it was. They used a Pink Floyd song there.
Speaker: Yeah.
Speaker 2: And I was just, and again, I was just like.
Speaker: Is it about a cult?
Still am unsure of what exactly that was supposed to
Speaker 2: be. I, I don’t think that show knew what it was about. I don’t either. I would not recommend that.
Speaker: What a waste of
Speaker 2: time. Yeah. Well, we’re two episodes in the. Pluribus and that
Speaker: Oh, holy cow.
Speaker 2: Woof. That’s good.
Speaker: I’m assuming they know what they’re doing because if they don’t, I’m gonna be real mad.
But
Speaker 2: it’s Vince Gilligan
Speaker: And long and rich history of getting it right. So I’m,
Speaker 2: he gave us break back, breaking back.
Speaker: Absolutely.
Speaker 2: Gave us better call. Saul
Speaker: loved both.
Speaker 2: I am assuming the man has a handle on this.
Speaker: I, I agree.
Speaker 2: I agree. And it started as a writer for the X-Files, which you can really tell with this show.
So Yeah,
Speaker: you, yeah,
Speaker 2: yeah, totally. But, uh, anyway, back to this. So I think this is great. Ultimately, well, ’cause your other option is
Speaker: just delete it all together.
Speaker 2: That class just goes away. So I think you’d rather have a, a, a song substitute than you would having this, the class go away if you like. It’ll
Speaker: still go away.
I mean, he, well, the thing is, is Peloton just never keeps classes forever [00:10:00] and, and I’m just, I’m just setting the stage for sure. For people who are new who may not know that already
Speaker 2: look live. Is transitory and eventually we all go away.
Speaker: You know, if 2020 didn’t teach you that no one can.
Speaker 2: Yeah. And then if 2021 didn’t teach.
And then if 2022,
Speaker: if right now, is not teaching you that,
Speaker 2: if seven days into 2026 hasn’t taught you that,
Speaker: there’s no help for you.
Speaker 2: We were just move along.
Speaker: But anyway, yeah. So, so like the, I agree with you, but, but like, I don’t wanna set the expectation that like, oh, they swap songs, so now this is never going away.
Speaker 2: Nothing will ever go away again.
Speaker: Yeah. Not the case. And in fact I feel like this is a good place to mention. That these really high value properties, like Stranger Things? Yeah. Like Dragon Hunter. They were never, did I say Dragon Hunter? I meant to say demon hunter.
Speaker 2: Okay. I was wondering, I’m like, what is Dragon Hunter?
Speaker: Nothing.
Speaker 2: I just thought it was something I
Speaker: was, I just made up a name.
Speaker 2: Oh, you invented an ip?
Speaker: I invented an ip.
Speaker 2: We’re rich now. [00:11:00]
Speaker: TM Crystal.
Speaker 2: Yeah. I’m sure someone’s already done Dragon Hunter, but uh, feel pretty
Speaker: confident. So, but Demon Hunter,
Speaker 2: K-Pop, demon Hunter,
Speaker: K-Pop, demon Hunter, uh, and Stranger Things. Those are recent.
Classes that just came out, but like the Demon hunter classes, the K-pop, demon hunter classes, they’re already gone,
Speaker 2: right?
Speaker: They already are off the platform.
Speaker 2: You know what else I saw is also already gone super fast. Dragon Hunter.
Speaker: Yeah, that was, it was so
Speaker 2: fast.
Speaker: So fast, so fast. You blink, you miss it.
Speaker 2: You couldn’t even complete the class.
That’s how quickly it went away.
Speaker: But for those of you who have been sleeping on the Stranger Things classes Yeah. They’re gonna be gone in March.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: And so. It’s gonna be difficult for people to wrap their heads around this because these are gonna look different. K-Pop, demon Hunter is not, has was on the platform for a very short time, right?
Like very short and comparatively stranger things will be on there for a while. So you think. Oh, it’s just there forever.
Speaker 2: I’ve got a minute.
Speaker: You don’t. You don’t. You don’t. So like when you see these pop up, [00:12:00] you need to take them as soon as possible
Speaker 2: when you see them K pop up.
Speaker: And the thing is, is that not everyone is as dialed into, oh, that’s a high value ip.
Speaker 2: Sure.
Speaker: So they don’t even get that. That’s a thing.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: Like they’re not, it’s not even on their radar.
Speaker 2: I’m such a pop culture nerd that. I’ve attuned you to like, oh, that’s a big deal.
Speaker: Yeah, but that won’t Yeah. But like, here’s the deal. I did not realize that the Dragon demon, why do I keep saying Dragon?
I do not, I did not realize that the K-Pop Demon hunter classes were gonna go away. Right. I knew the Stranger Things ones were because when Elizabeth did the article, she noted that then. Yeah. But like Peloton is super inconsistent about what they tell us when they tell us. Et cetera. So like it’s not like we get a notification when the classes drop.
They
Speaker 2: don’t brand them as for a limited time only.
Speaker: No. Yeah, though they should.
Speaker 2: They should.
Speaker: They should. Because then it increases people.
Speaker 2: It creates a sense of urgency.
Speaker: It does, yeah. Anyway, there is a sense of urgency, so I just wanted to kind of point that out.
Speaker 2: So Peloton [00:13:00] has teased their next global project
Speaker: and I don’t know what to think about this.
It’s a really interesting. I don’t know what it means, but Peloton posted. We ended last year on a huge global, we ended last year on a huge global project at Peloton, and we’re excited to show you more. And then there were a lot of videos of the UK instructors.
Speaker 2: Well, that they’re on the globe.
Speaker: Well, they are.
And, and, and when I say the UK instructors, I’m including the German instructors mm-hmm. In that, because they teach out to
Speaker 2: out of the UK
Speaker: studio. Yeah. Yeah. But I don’t know what that means, like are they go, because it looks like they’re on the road outside in places, but it also looks like they’re in the London studio.
I, I don’t know what it means. Mm-hmm. But this is a, an interesting little, little peak.
Speaker 2: Yeah. You
Speaker: know, I don’t know. I’m at a loss.
Speaker 2: Yeah. I guess we shall see.
Speaker: We shall,
Speaker 2: uh, and it comes
Speaker: out
Speaker 2: while we’re, while we’re speaking of mysteries.
Speaker: Yes.
Speaker 2: Peloton also had some sort of mysterious post about [00:14:00] prs and the letter JII
Speaker: will be honest.
I’m not even sure this is mysterious because I’m old and this could be one of those stupid fads ah, that, that, like TikTok has said is we need to do
Speaker 2: They got a six, seven ride
Speaker: coming. Yeah, exactly. But what they said is that, um, this initial is about to start their new year with a pr and then they just show the letter J.
So I’ll be honest, I don’t know what the hell this means. I know like, I don’t know if it’s because I’m old. I don’t know. I don’t know what they’re trying to do here. Like their um, their marketing team has definitely gotten younger. Right. And I continue to get older. So I’ve lost the plot. I don’t know what you guys are trying to say.
I don’t know. Maybe reach out, let me know. But you don’t listen ’cause you’re young, so, but
Speaker 2: you’ll also need to write us a letter or perhaps. Send a telegram.
Speaker: I mean, I can do dms. I, I do dms, so
Speaker 2: I’ll slide into your dms.
Speaker: [00:15:00] Whoa.
Speaker 2: It’s okay. We’re married.
Speaker: Okay. That’s true. That’s true.
Speaker 2: So two major FB groups.
Speaking of marriage, it’s almost like a marriage
Speaker: not really
Speaker 2: are merging.
Speaker: The thing is, is it was never, I don’t even know why these were ever separated. Uh, the, okay, so Andy has. Andy Spear has heard of them, has a fan group called The Spearheads.
Speaker 2: Okay.
Speaker: Okay. So when Andy’s started doing the total strength classes, for whatever reason, somebody made a separate group for the total strength classes.
Speaker 2: Why would you do that? Other person?
Speaker: If nothing else, they wanted a place to celebrate their wins for that kind of class and talk about the classes upcoming.
Speaker 2: Just keep it siloed to that specific topic.
Speaker: Exactly. So. Now they have decided that they are gonna merge those and I think they say it’s much less confusing with one page.
It’s actually one group. Again, Facebook makes everything confusing.
Speaker 2: Right.
Speaker: But, but yes, I, I [00:16:00] think that they should merge. I don’t think they ever should have been separate. So, so I’m glad that they are, because then it kind of takes everything Andy related and keeps it in. One’s sphere, but um, it’s now going to be Andy Spearheads and Total Strength Crew.
So that is the new one that you will see they changed their name from. Gotcha. And now it will be there. And I think it’s great. I’m, I’m glad that they’re doing that and they ask for people to get the word out. So I. N not that they asked me specifically, but I am taking on that very seriously. Get the word out.
Speaker 2: Word has been gotten out now. Everyone is aware.
Speaker: Yeah.
Speaker 2: It’s all it took.
Speaker: It’s all it took.
Speaker 2: It’s all it took. We’re all good.
The street.com
Speaker: Oh yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2: Has an article about how this person. Thinks the Peloton stock is poised for a rebound.
Speaker: Yeah.
Speaker 2: And not necessarily to the glory days of $180 a share.
Speaker: Not only, not necessarily not gonna happen. Yeah. Especially in today’s market. But, [00:17:00] um, I do think that it’s interesting. First of all, we’ve been saying for a long time that like, it doesn’t make sense that Wall Street keeps poo-pooing Peloton when they are making progress financially like they just are.
Speaker 2: Right.
Speaker: And they may not be going about it in the way that, like, as a member, I would prefer by doing all the layoffs and, you know, kicking, but they are also really streamlined how they’re doing things. Yeah. So anyway, you, you can go out there and find any number of articles that say good versus bad mm-hmm.
On Peloton. And that’s any day.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: When it comes to financials. But this person
Speaker 2: has some data.
Speaker: They do. They do.
Speaker 2: Very, very confusing. Inside baseball stock nerd data.
Speaker: Uh, I’ll try to put it in people terms. There’s a narrowing wedge setup that often precedes strong moves in price. In other words, ooh, wedges.
In other words there’s a certain [00:18:00] move on a price chart that occurs that looks like a wedge,
Speaker 2: right?
Speaker: That. When you
Speaker 2: graph it,
Speaker: that implies that there’s going to be a new move in price. And so when they see that particular pattern occur, that tends to ha, that tends to happen right before there is a big breakout and that it showing it’s signaling strength building below the surface.
And so this particular author. Always is talking about stocks under $10. So it’s kind of this author’s specialty, right? And he highlights these lower price stocks with potential upside. And so he’s focusing on Peloton in this article, and I’ve seen it everywhere. So I don’t know if he’s like, I.
Speaker 2: A major influencer and people are picking up the story.
Yeah.
Speaker: Or, or
Speaker 2: this is just everywhere people are seeing it.
Speaker: Yeah. Multiple
Speaker 2: people.
Speaker: Yeah. And it starts to, it starts to become visible because the algorithm picks it up. I don’t know which is which, but there has been technical interest and bullish price action [00:19:00] around the earnings and strategic developments that have occurred.
And so that, that’s kind of what they’re looking at. As I said at the beginning, however, sentiment on Peloton is mixed overall.
Speaker 2: Yes.
Speaker: Which always is
Speaker 2: always true.
Speaker: Yeah.
Speaker 2: Yeah. What with them being woken on.
Speaker: Oh my God, don’t get me started. There actually have been very tight-lipped since John Foley left. Yes.
And I wish, I wish people would acknowledge that. Right. And I’m really tired of hearing the same bullshit from the same five people.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: It’s, don’t understand how the unit
Speaker 2: works. It’s, that was like eight CEOs ago.
Yeah. So, uh, this is an interesting story. It
Speaker: is
Speaker 2: a working bike, a fully functional, functioning bike.
Speaker: Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2: Was salvaged from the dump.
Speaker: Yeah. Which
Speaker 2: is interesting. This is also the origin story. My mother used to tell about me. It’s where they, they found me and they saved, they saved me from the, the dump. The difference is the bike is fully functioning
Speaker: well, it, it is [00:20:00] fully functioning. It’s a, an original bike, not a bike plus.
But this, uh, this person’s brother found it at a dump and they did have to purchase a replacement power cord from Amazon. That’s right. And they were like, let’s see if it works. They plugged it in. Sure enough it does. And this person already has a bike plus, so like now they just have a free bike.
Speaker 2: They got a spare,
Speaker: they have a spare bike.
A
Speaker 2: case of emergency brake glass.
Speaker: Yeah. Yeah. Isn’t that awesome?
Speaker 2: That is crazy.
Speaker: It is crazy. And it’s, it’s like, well. I, I mean, I think that person just lost their cord and didn’t know what to do.
Speaker 2: Really? Would somebody really throw a bike away for that? They probably, maybe they lost the cord and then it was like they hadn’t used it in a year and they’re like, just get it out.
Speaker: Just gotta, I, I like, especially if you need to move. Yeah. Or like you’ve got something that you gotta move things out of this room and you don’t know what to do with it and it’s not working and you’re just like, get it outta here. Yeah. I mean there have been many times I have done that.
Speaker 2: Your ex-husband.
Get
Speaker: it outta here.
Speaker 2: It’s not working. [00:21:00]
Speaker: Go
Speaker 2: get it outta here. I sent this post to my friend Julie Buck.
Speaker: Did you?
Speaker 2: I was like, is this you?
Speaker: Is this you? That would make, make sense. But she did try hers out before she tried. She did. She got rid of it.
Speaker 2: She did.
Speaker: I assume she got rid of it.
Speaker 2: As I heard she was trying.
I don’t know if she has yet. That’s why I was like, was this you?
Speaker: Did she answer?
Speaker 2: She’s not. So I don’t know if she’s just very busy or was like, you son of a bitch.
Speaker: Well, I’ll be eager to hear Friday how that goes. I’ll
Speaker 2: find out Friday.
So, uh, we have milestone notifications.
Speaker: Yeah. So here’s the thing. When you take an on demand class in your if you are taking an on demand class, you constantly have a feed going of people in the class and what’s going on with them. So like, let’s say a person, hi, it, it’s their first ride. You get a little notification.
It’s their first ride.
Speaker 2: Ding.
Speaker: Yeah. Well, it doesn’t ding. That would actually be super annoying. How many notifications come up? Nothing. Nothing happens. Just a red dot. [00:22:00] Just a red dot. Okay. Stop. So new to the platform is a notification that somebody hit their thousandth class and became a millennium member of whatever club it was in the case that we saw it was running.
But this has happened across. Several modalities. It’s important to note this only happens on an on-demand class. So if the person is taking a live class for their milestone, you’re not gonna see it. And that’s important because you don’t always get shout outs anymore, right? Like you used to always get a shout out for a thousand.
Now it’s dime a dozen. Nobody even cares right now it’s like 10,000,
Speaker 2: right?
Speaker: So, uh, you don’t always see that, but on, if you take an on demand class, you will see Millennium Club, and you should definitely give that person a high five because they are taking an on demands class for their thousandth class, and they deserve a little love.
Speaker 2: Yeah, that’s fair.
Speaker: [00:23:00] Yeah.
Speaker 2: Here I will give them a little love. Ding.
Speaker: I knew you were gonna, I could tell the entire time your nose was twitching. You couldn’t wait to do that again. There it is.
Speaker 2: We have a follow up on last week’s mysterious job posting.
Speaker: We do, yeah. We talked about pelotons job posting that took place in Washington and we Yes. Washington State. And it was specifically about hardware. They were looking to hire somebody who was designing hardware, and we were like. Hardware. Again,
Speaker 2: we’re getting new equipment
Speaker: and we were also like in Washington, Peloton has a Washington thing, right?
Well, no they don’t, but Precore does, and several people message me to tell me that. Thank you, by the way. Thank you. Several
Speaker 2: people.
Speaker: I was unaware. Of where pre-core was LA was actually located.
Speaker 2: Right.
Speaker: They are based in Seattle and uh, that makes a lot more sense.
Speaker 2: It does make a lot more sense.
Speaker: Yeah.
And there there’s more ads that came out this week that are [00:24:00] hiring for things and some of the people that are out there posting these things have lots and lots of patents mm-hmm. In, in the work. So interested to see what, what pre-core comes up with next.
Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure. You know, I’m also interested in seeing what we come up with next.
Speaker: You have the list,
Speaker 2: but they don’t, and we’re about to stop for commercials.
Speaker: Okay. Okay.
Speaker 2: So, but part of what comes up next will be a discussion about Tune day and her exciting new entertainment venture. We got a Peloton instructor stuck in a foreign country.
Speaker: Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2: Barred from entering. The United States.
Speaker: That’s what we do now,
Speaker 2: but we can’t talk about it ’cause that would be political and some people get upset.
Speaker: Fitness and politics have no place.
Speaker 2: None.
Speaker: None.
Speaker 2: And, uh, an update on Hair Gate 2.0. So stick around, won’t you?
[00:25:00]
Speaker 2: So last week we talked about Tunde popping up in Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Yeah. But that was just voiceover stuff.
Speaker: Yes.
Speaker 2: And now she’s going to be joining the cast of. Tyler Perry’s sisters. I feel weird saying it like that. I know. Me
Speaker: too. Me too.
Speaker 2: But that’s how it’s spelled.
Speaker: It is how it’s spelled.
Speaker 2: I feel like when Casey Kason had to say Salt and Peppa.
Speaker: Yes.
Yeah. This was so fun. I have decided Tunde is the best instructor at Keeping Secrets because she doesn’t like give you 18 months of like, guess what?
Guess what? Guess what? Yeah, she just does it.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: She just does it. And then like, she just drops like. Oh, I’m gonna be a season regular on a TV show.
Speaker 2: And it going into its 10th season.
Speaker: The show is is on BET. And, uh, like you said, it is entering, its. 10th of season, there are two main characters that are leaving.
Okay. And then T Day’s character comes [00:26:00] in and there’s another new person that’s joining the show. But we don’t care about them though.
Speaker 2: They’re not a Peloton instructor, are they?
Speaker: We only care about Tunde. Right. So, uh, that, that is going to be coming up. I didn’t read if it’s said anywhere, how many episodes she would be on.
Yeah. Because I know, and I don’t even. Know how many episodes this particular show makes, you know, these days on
Speaker 2: for sure.
Speaker: Like networks, it can be anything.
Speaker 2: Some are doing like 13, some are still doing full six, like, and some are still doing like full traditional seasons of television, like 22, 25 episodes.
Speaker: So I don’t, I don’t know, yeah, how many this means, but I think it’s amazing that like, she was just like, oh, by the way, I’m gonna be on a TV show now.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: Surprise. Yeah, surprise.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: It’s funny because everybody’s been saying for years, years that, uh, oh, Cody’s leaving because he keeps doing things outside of Peloton and now it’s like, well, what about Tunde?
And she’s a lot quieter. Yeah. So, you know, you just never know with Tunde. Yeah. I am not saying she’s going where I’m not spreading rumors, I’m just saying. Y’all worry about [00:27:00] a lot of stuff, and I just think that you should worry more about somebody who just quietly does things than you should, who makes a big deal about everything.
Speaker 2: Yeah. But congrats to her. That’s that’s
Speaker: a big deal. It’s huge. Yeah, it’s huge. It’s so exciting. Uh, and I can’t wait to see I can’t wait to see her act in a show. Like it’s very different.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: It’s a very different thing than. Being on a bike and teaching a
Speaker 2: class for sure. And even a Diary of a Wimpy Kid, the voiceover.
The gag was he was taking a fitness class and this was a bike instructor, so
Speaker: it still was her, her being a bike instructor. Right. Yeah. Would I don’t mean like so big deal. I just mean that it’s different than quote unquote acting. Acting,
Speaker 2: yeah. Actually performing.
Speaker: Yeah. So I’m very curious to see this.
Speaker 2: So Nico Serani has visa issues.
Speaker: She does, yeah. She’s been in Germany. She’s originally from Germany,
Speaker 2: so it’s not a foreign country to her
Speaker: it is not. And she was on her way back after Christmas break or whatever, holiday break that you would. Say is appropriate. Right. Because I don’t know how long she was out, you know? Right, right. Um, [00:28:00] but she was on her way back and her visa was denied.
So, she’s hoping that will be, you know, all resolved in a few weeks and she’ll be back. But I’ll tell you who the hell knows. Yeah. ’cause there’s some weird shit happening in the world today. And I ke I don’t know. Yeah. Every day I wake up and I’m just like. Well that happened.
Speaker 2: It could be like, see you in 2029.
Speaker: I don’t know. Maybe. Yeah. And like, you know, technically she could teach from the UK, I suppose.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: But like what about all her stuff here? Yeah. What about all the, you know, I mean there’s just can’t even imagine. Yeah. So anyway our good thoughts to you, Nico and genuinely I hope that everything is okay and that you are able to get back here.
Easily smoothly
Speaker 2: and quickly.
Speaker: Quickly.
Speaker 2: Selena Samuella and babies are at home.
Speaker: Yes, the babies are out of nicu. Home. Safe and sound with mom, brother, dad, and, uh, they’re doing great. And Selena shared a little video [00:29:00] of them and it was very, very sweet. It was really nice. Uh, also we’ll talk about in the bonus that, uh, Selena has.
Shared her, her family planning for the future, and we will talk about that as well.
Speaker 2: Yes, we will. We have an update on Dennis Morton Hair Gate 2.0.
Speaker: We do. Uh, he is now, so we talked about that he had like, uh, a couple weeks ago, a very strong part and it was slicked back and, uh, there were a lot of.
Opinions. Mm-hmm. About it. Very strong opinions. Yes. And now he’s wearing a bandana in class and the hair is getting longer. Uh, you have seen several people post before and afters the first time he was growing out his hair. So the internet has decided he is growing out his hair. That’s what’s happening.
It’s in that awkward phase. Give him some grace back the hell off. Let him do his thing, you know? Maybe we’re getting, maybe we’re getting full grown Lion Mane Dennis again from, you know, whatever gear that was before, [00:30:00] before the first hair gate.
Speaker 2: It just cracks me of how, how into those people are.
Speaker: I know.
Speaker 2: I would, I haven’t changed my hair in like 30 years.
Speaker: Well,
Speaker 2: apparently, except for what nature has done.
Speaker: Yeah, that’s true. But uh, I feel like a lot of men are like that and apparently it’s because if you’re not like that, everyone has something to say about it. Yeah.
Speaker 2: So Hannah Frankston is returning to PSNY.
Speaker: She is, and uh, she’s gonna be teaching classes on the fifth, sixth, and 7th of February. And, uh, Peloton posted on Monday that on Tuesday you could go online and book classes, and then they instantly took it down because somebody actually meant to post that on Wednesday.
Thursday, which is when classes are normally booked. Gotcha. Whoops. Oops. And uh, so that’s the only reason we know about it. You are going to be able to book those classes. It will have already filled up, I’m sure by the time people hear this, [00:31:00] but, uh, that’s really fun. Just gonna have three new classes and be back in New York.
And question mark, is this part of the new global thing
Yeah.
Speaker: That they’re working on? Because there’s been a lot of global activity.
Speaker 2: Hopefully they got her visa situated.
Speaker: God, I hope so.
Speaker 2: the latest artist series features, Lord
Speaker: Your Favorite.
Speaker 2: My favorite.
Speaker: I don’t know. It’s so funny you really dislike that song. Royals.
Speaker 2: Oh my God,
Speaker: so much
Speaker 2: so, so, so much.
Speaker: Like it makes you angry.
Speaker 2: Ah, I just wanna punch that song in the face.
Speaker: Well, I like it. And
Speaker 2: lots of people did. I was,
Speaker: yeah, absolutely. They did see Odd
Speaker 2: Man Out
Speaker: and uh, their. There are obviously lots of other classes or songs that she has sung, so it’s
Speaker 2: weird ’cause like that’s the only one I feel like.
In my world anyway, was a hit. And then, but she’s obviously very successful. People love her,
Speaker: I think. I think you just don’t listen to this kind of music. Yeah, because we were just talking about Billie Eilish the other [00:32:00] day. Yeah. And like you had never heard a song, you hadn’t even heard bad guys.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: Which is part of a movie. So I’m shocked that you hadn’t heard
Speaker 2: that. Well, it was a kids movie. We don’t have kids, so like still we only make a point to see the Disney stuff
Speaker: still,
Speaker 2: but. I just remember when she first came out, she was like on the alt rock stations and I feel like she’s not anymore.
Speaker: I just don’t think you listen to alt rock stations.
There’s also
Speaker 2: that, um,
Speaker: I mean, you listen to the problem with people and myself included listening to just Spotify, is that you, you make your own list and you just stay in that world. Yeah. You’re never looking at news stuff. No,
Speaker 2: I’m very guilty of that.
Speaker: And so. I, I don’t know what all of her songs are because I mean, I, I’m not familiar with the rest of them besides Royals.
But I will also say I don’t listen to radio anymore. Yeah. So if it’s not in a class that I am taking, probably not gonna hear it.
Speaker 2: For sure. And we also have a, an in excess artist series on the
Speaker: schedule. We do. We do. Yeah. That’s coming up later in January and I am really excited about that one. I think that’ll be really good.
Ugh. Such a [00:33:00] sad death.
Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh,
Speaker: I had the hugest crush on him.
Speaker 2: Michael Hutchins.
Speaker: Beautiful man.
Speaker 2: Yeah,
Speaker: that was a beautiful man. Australia makes him good.
Speaker 2: Yahoo. Serious.
Speaker: Some of them good.
Speaker 2: Yeah. Paul Hogan,
Speaker: some of them. Good. Although Paul Hogan does have a certain sexiness to him.
Speaker 2: Really?
Speaker: He does? Okay. Yeah he can pull it off.
I mean,
Speaker 2: do you say so?
Speaker: I do. I do
Speaker 2: One of the tonal instructors has moved on.
Speaker: Yeah.
Speaker 2: Professionally. Like they’re not there.
Speaker: Yes. Yes. I was really surprised to see that. Um. Tanisha Renee Yeah. Is leaving Tonal. She
Speaker 2: posted, we interviewed her a couple times over on the superset when we did it. So she’s super nice. She’s so sweet. So I remember, I, I blew her mind.
She was on the show pushing a class.
Speaker: It was a menopause program.
Speaker 2: A is that what it was?
Speaker: Yeah.
Speaker 2: And uh, and she was, and
Speaker: it was cycle syc. ’cause it synced with your cycle.
Speaker 2: That’s what it was.
Speaker: And she was like, but anybody can get anything. I like, get good results out of it.
Speaker 2: And I [00:34:00] was like, okay, I’ll take it.
And she’s like, sure you will. And then we had her back on. Three months later, and she’s like, did you take cycle sync? And I was like, I did. And
Speaker: she was like, what?
Speaker 2: Yeah,
she was very pleasant and pleasantly surprised. She was like, well, good for you. This is what a feminist looks like, lady.
Speaker: True.
Speaker 2: I did get bloated though.
Speaker: It’s probably your cycle
Speaker 2: and crabby,
Speaker: but I’m really, uh, sad to see her go. I know it’s not a tonal podcast, but I know a lot of people who have Pelotons have tonals, so
Speaker 2: For sure.
Speaker: I feel like it’s, and
Speaker 2: we talk about
Speaker: other connected fitness. Yeah. Why We got a whole sweeper.
Speaker 2: Sorry. We got a whole little doodad made for it. You know, let me put out my own conspiracy theory.
Speaker: Okay.
Speaker 2: I can’t help but wonder if this is somehow connected to Kristen McGee. Coming over to tonal. I mean like did they have to free up money and maybe her contract was up or maybe it was up and they offered her maybe not as much money as she was making and she was like, [00:35:00] ah, I’m just going to move on.
I
Speaker: don’t know.
Speaker 2: And now this is just complete conjecture on my part asking the question. This is not, we have no inside information here. None. But I just. Given the timing, it’s hard not to ask yourself that question.
Speaker: I, I get that. And financial worry definitely weigh heavy on my mind because I know that so many fitness companies are, are really struggling.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: And Tonals been doing a lot to grow, but with growth means that you have to be careful and really manage your expenses. And they, uh, learned that the first time around as did a lot of companies in the middle of COVID, so for sure. I just, I don’t know. I hope it’s not financial regardless, but, um, there’s a hint of sadness in her post that Yeah.
It doesn’t sound like, I don’t know. There, it I get this vibe from her post that it was somebody didn’t agree on something and whether that was money or that was, you know, she wanted to do different [00:36:00] things Right. That, that people didn’t agree with. I, I don’t know. I don’t know. Like you said, we have no inside information, but I really like Tanisha and I wish her the best.
Speaker 2: Absolutely. Coming up after this, we’re gonna take a look at content, the TCO top five new programs, all sorts of things that you should be thinking about. So stick around.
Speaker 2: It is time for the TCO top five. You have told us your favorite classes, and now we will tell you what you told us. Number one. Your favorite ride.
Speaker: It is a 30 minute hit in Hills Ride that was taught by Sam Yo on the 2nd of January.
So we just had this class. Karen Bensley recommended this ride saying the music and the coaching was perfect for the structure. Long climbs, descending intervals, both on repeat. He is truly a master.
Speaker 2: Okay. Uh, number two, your favorite two for one class. See, I did a Chuck Woolery there,
so
Speaker: [00:37:00] You did, yeah, I did see that.
We’re going back a little bit here. This was from September of 25. It was a 90 minute two for one power zone endurance, and it was taught by Christian Vanderbilt. And Matt Wiler together. Karen Smith loved this class. She did mention also that she found it to be unst stackable. This class was all zones two and three, but it’s a route simulation and the hills were killer.
The amount I sweat I had was rude, but what a great class. The chemistry these two have together kept me laughing while gasping up those hills.
Speaker 2: Uh, number three, your favorite New Year’s class.
Speaker: So, uh, several people. Mentioned this. Okay. Uh, Sam Yos, he number two. Yeah. This week, number two, Sam, he was
Speaker 2: coming up this week,
Speaker: coming in hot for the new year.
Uh, he taught a New Year’s recovery ride. It was a 20 minute class, and Annie Townsend nominated this ride, specifically saying that it was the. Perfect start to the year with Sam’s [00:38:00] usual wonderful insights for life. One to do again and again. He told a story in it that got buzz everywhere, and I believe we put it over in the bonus we did.
So, uh, we will talk more about that over in the bonus, but if you haven’t had a chance to take this class, highly recommend,
Speaker 2: uh, number four, your favorite yoga class.
Speaker: So this is the newest 10 minute focus flow for runners taught by Dennis Morton on December 26th. Uh, Mindy Jensen said the class was fantastic, as Dennis states at the beginning of it.
It can be used post run stretch since every move is held for a bit and it also counts for the yoga challenge.
Speaker 2: Okay, and finally, number five, you are unst stackable. It’s an extra 10 Tabata class.
Speaker: Now listen. You gotta change your definition sometimes a little bit.
Speaker 2: Mm.
Speaker: So just be open-minded here.
Mm. This would, this class was from June 9th of 25, and it was an extra 10 Tabata, like you said, taught by Olivia. And I know it’s crazy to think a 10 minute class could be inst [00:39:00] stackable, but Carrie was unable to finish the class when she did stack it, she could not finish it. And that is the un, that is the definition of Unst stackable.
Listen the tipster agreed. Tom, you’ve been overruled.
Speaker 2: Carrie, are you an attorney by chance?
Speaker: Not to mention that this, that particular line encouraged some of the, the tipsters and helper bees to run right out and take the class. Yeah. ’cause of how Unst stackable it was. So I
Speaker 2: just, I just think it’s funny, it’s a class designed to be stacked.
We’re saying is Unst stackable?
Speaker: Just saying Carrie stacked it after another bike class and she could not do the cadence and resistance that Olivia called out even for a mere 10 minutes.
Speaker 2: Okay. I just think it’s funny,
It is time to take a look at this week at Peloton. First up, we have kettlebell strength.
Speaker: Yeah. So there are new classes that are being taught. Um, there’s a 30 minute kettlebell strength with [00:40:00] Germane, and it is, it’s on demand now, so you can check it out anytime that you want. And if you’re not sure how to get started with Kettlebells one Oh, um, we have a.
Article over on the clip out that is all about getting started, so we can lead you through that.
Speaker 2: Okay. Uh, there’s also new core stretch,
Speaker: a 10 minute core stretch with Rebecca Kennedy is also on demand
Speaker 2: yoga and Pilates.
Speaker: Yes. We have a new class with Johanna. It is going to be on demand on Friday, so if you’re listening to this first day, it will be out today.
Speaker 2: Okay. And finally a 60 minute power zone.
Speaker: Yep. We’ve got a new power zone ride with Matt taking place live on January 10th, and, uh, you know he is, he’s Matt. So come prepared with your hydration
Speaker 2: and your
Speaker: own music list. Yes.
Speaker 2: Nobody cares about those songs. Swaps,
Speaker: ding.
Speaker 2: Also, classes that are on our radar that we think should be on yours.
Christine, the Eric Le has a. [00:41:00] Full week and new reflection ride.
Speaker: Yeah. She’s been on the, uh, schedule quite a bit lately. She’s back from her 12 weeks off. Of course.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: And, uh, she is going to also be teaching a reflection ride, or she did teach a reflection ride on Monday. So that’s a great way to start off the year.
I mean, reflection rides are always good, but it’s, it’s a nice way to, to kind of look back over the last year and do some thinking.
Speaker 2: Yeah. And if it’s time to retest your FTP and you’re looking for something different. But still the same, right? ’cause the ftp,
Speaker: yeah.
Speaker 2: Eric Yeager has something for you.
Speaker: He does two German classes.
We’ve got an FTP warmup ride and a test ride, and those both dropped on demand on the fifth.
Speaker 2: Charlotte Weidenbach has a power zone beginner ride for people.
Speaker: Yeah, so this is great for the beginning of the year. So many people join Peloton, don’t know where to start with Power Zone. So it’s great to see this and uh, this is not the first time we’re seeing this class type.
Ben had one in December. But it’s great to see the beginner type of [00:42:00] classes for power zone.
Speaker 2: If you like Johanna, we have good news, bad news for you. Mm-hmm. There’s a new class from her, but it’s also her only one for January,
Speaker: the only live class. Okay. She’s dropping some on demand. Okay. But she’s apparently since she is living in Miami, she’s not moving to New York.
She’s gonna do a, she’s gonna do a very similar to what Callie does. Come in and schedule and you know she’s gonna come in for a week, once a month, she’s gonna teach a bunch of classes. Some are gonna be on demand, some are gonna be live, and then back she goes, gotcha. So that’s how it’s gonna work for her.
Or at least that’s what it appears to be so far.
Speaker 2: And, uh, Matt is back from paternity leave.
Speaker: Yes. Elizabeth writes this article, she’s very into power zone and she’s very happy that Matt is back. And, uh, I, I know she’s not alone. A lot of people love Matt. He had quite a, a long paternity leave. Yeah. And he is back.
So as she says, all is well in the pillow verse. [00:43:00]
Speaker 2: Uh, Dennis Borton has a new series for people starting on the 14th of January. It’s called. Deep dive.
Speaker: Yeah. And so, uh, every Tuesday he’s been talking about an artist that he likes and he’s been going into a deep dive on Instagram. This is an extension of that.
So this is a series that he will be doing on the bike that is a deep dive of whatever. Okay. What? It’s,
Speaker 2: well, that’s cool.
Speaker: Yeah.
Speaker 2: And Kirsten has a new run program available for people.
Speaker: Yes. It’s called Call Yourself a Runner. This is great for people who are just starting out, or maybe you’ve taken a break from running and, uh, it’s a good way to build your confidence.
It’s gonna be three Walk to Runs each week, and it’s gonna be dropping under programs on January 16th.
Speaker 2: And finally, SAMO has a surprise for people.
Speaker: Yeah, we don’t know what it is. That’s why it’s
Speaker 2: a surprise.
Speaker: Lots of people are hoping it’s a meditation. Maybe it’s something, uh, to do with this global thing.
They’re working on, they’re teasing. We don’t know what it is, but, uh, this is not the first time [00:44:00] he has been spotted recording, and then he has teased a surprise, so we will see no clue what it is.
Speaker 2: Rebecca Kennedy has a new HIGHLI program for people.
Speaker: Yeah, that stands for high intensity low impact training. It’s gentle on joints and it can also boost your metabolism. Uh, it’s a well-known method of training, especially for people who are really need to take it easy on their joints, whether that’s because of an injury because.
Maybe you’re getting older, maybe you aren’t as fit as you would like to be. It could be so many reasons. Right. But, um, anyway, it can very be very helpful for a variety of reasons. And we are going to have them for the first time ever at Peloton. This has never been done before. Oh, wow. And, um, when.
Rebecca announced it, people kind of lost their minds about it. Mm-hmm. Like people are really excited about this. There’s some people who really are uncomfortable getting down on the floor, for example, and they’re anticipating that it’s going to be, since it’s low impact, they’re not gonna have to be down on the floor.
So that will be helpful for them.
Speaker 2: Gotcha.
Speaker: So, uh, there [00:45:00] was an article in Fortune Magazine that was all about this type of training and, uh, they, they kind of spell out what it is. So, uh, we do have it included here and we’re gonna probably have our own article over on the clip out about this. But basically what it is saying is that it’s great for people with knee pain, an ankle sprain.
Maybe you wanted to get a good sweat without jumping and rebounding. And that is where this particular kind of training. Comes in handy.
Speaker 2: Awesome.
Speaker: The other interesting thing about this program is that it’s going to be across several modalities. That’s kind of new. Yeah. Peloton has just started to dabble in that.
So it’s gonna be on the tread, it’s gonna be on Pilates, it’s gonna be on multiple strength, I believe also. So there’s gonna be multiple modalities and weird about this one. People should know. Take note. It’s called a program. Rebecca called it that. Peloton called it that when they sent out the email. But it’s actually gonna be housed in collections because why would we be consistent with our wording?
And this [00:46:00] is gonna be really tough. Type A people. I need you to brace yourself.
Speaker 2: Uh oh.
Speaker: Classes drop daily, so no, you’re not gonna know ahead of time. Does that mean they’re gonna drop at midnight? Does that mean it’s gonna drop after you’ve already done your workout for the day? We don’t know. Probably both.
So brace yourself. Maybe give it a few days. I
Speaker 2: would say give it a little headstart.
Speaker: Let it happen.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker: Then you can go back and join. You don’t have to do it day one for it to count, but this is very exciting to people. Lots of people are looking forward to this, so I am very curious to see how it stacks up once it’s out.
Speaker 2: So Pelotons annual challenge is upon us, and we have an article over the clip out, but maybe the best way to approach it.
Speaker: Yeah. So a lot of people want to get to 20,000 minutes a year because that’s the highest that Pelotons little badge goes up to. Gotcha. There are many people that go beyond 20,000 minutes.
I know that guys, you don’t have to message me. But, uh, the cool thing about this is when this article was written by Nikki, she told you exactly. How to do it, [00:47:00]
Speaker 2: a roadmap, if you will.
Speaker: Exactly. And I’ve already had several people like list in the comments how excited they are about this and what a great roadmap it is.
And they are very much looking forward to starting the year off right and getting their 20,000 badge. So
awesome.
Speaker: Get it done people.
Speaker 2: And uh, finally Emma Lovewell has some 2026 schedule changes.
Speaker: Yeah. So she’s now gonna be teaching on Saturdays and Tuesdays. Instead of Sunday and Mondays for bike and a lot more Pilates will be seen.
Speaker: I just thought we didn’t do these anymore.
Speaker 2: Well, the, the Peloton instructor parents apparently weren’t doing it nine months previous.
Speaker: Gotcha.
Speaker 2: Anymore.
Speaker: Gotcha.
Speaker 2: But, uh, we have two birthdays. This week, okay. Adrian Williams on January 9th and Hannah Franken.
On January 11th.
Speaker: Well, happy birthday to Adrian and Hannah.
Speaker 2: [00:48:00] Happy birthday. So that brings this episode to a close until next week. Where can people find you?
Speaker: People can find me on Facebook at facebook.com/crystal d O’Keefe. They can find me on threads, Instagram and blue Sky, not to mention the Peloton leaderboard at Clip Out Crystal.
Speaker 2: And you can find me on Threads in Blue Sky at Tom O’Keeffe Jr. Or on Facebook at facebook.com/tom O’Keefe. You can find the show online@facebook.com slash.
