Peloton Adding World Sleep Day Meditation Class on March 13

Peloton will mark World Sleep Day on March 13 with a special meditation class, adding another wellness observance to the platform’s growing calendar of health-focused programming.

World Sleep Day social media post

The Peloton World Sleep Day class follows the platform’s established pattern of releasing themed content tied to global health awareness days. World Sleep Day, held annually on the Friday before the spring equinox, is organized by the World Sleep Society to raise awareness around sleep disorders and the importance of healthy sleep habits.

This is not the first time Peloton has recognized the occasion. Last year, the platform released a trio of sleep-focused meditations led by Chelsea, Anna, and Aditi, ranging from 10 to 20 minutes. That precedent makes a 2026 release likely, though specific details about this year’s instructor and class length have not been announced.

Peloton World Sleep Day and the Platform’s Expanding Wellness Library

Meditation is a natural fit for the occasion. Peloton’s sleep meditations are designed to relax the body and mind before bedtime, ranging from 5 to 30 minutes. The category has grown alongside a broader push into mental wellness, breathwork, and wind-down programming that extends well beyond traditional workout content.

That sleep-focused library has practical value beyond a single awareness day. A 10-minute sleep meditation at night not only supports recovery and sleep hygiene but contributes meaningfully to logged platform minutes over time. For members building consistent routines, the content pulls double duty.

If you want to go deeper into Peloton’s meditation offerings, TCO has a full guide to Peloton meditation and a roundup of unique Peloton meditations worth exploring. Members new to the practice may also want to check out Aditi Shah’s 7-day meditation program, which launched earlier in 2025 and remains one of the more accessible entry points on the platform. Aditi does a wonderful job explaining the different types of meditation that are filterable on the Peloton platform.

Keep an eye on the class schedule for confirmation of this year’s World Sleep Day content as March 13 approaches. And we’ll let you know too!
