This Week at Peloton, Week of January 29
Looking for something new to add to your stacks this week? Check out what Peloton has in store for the week of January 29, 2024.
120-Minute Ride with Matt Wilpers
The first highlight of the week is a 120-minute Power Zone Endurance Ride with Matt Wilpers. This ride is scheduled for Saturday, February 3 at 7:00am ET and is expected to be a grueling challenge for even the most experienced riders. This isn’t the first time Matt has taken on this challenge- his first 120-minute ride was in October of 2023. Matt had long been pushing Peloton to schedule a ride of this length and his wish was granted just in time for his birthday in October. The ride itself was so well-received by Members that Peloton will be scheduling them every three months.
Club Bangers with Alex Toussaint
Join Alex Toussaint on Wednesday, January 31, for a Club Bangers Run at 7:00 pm ET. Alex will bring the beats while you sweat it out on the Tread. With a water bottle and towel in hand, get ready to groove to the rhythm of the music.

New Gym Plans
Peloton is launching four new curated gym plans created by Rad, Erik, Jermaine, and Logan. These plans cater to different fitness levels and interests and will be available starting Wednesday, January 31. Each plan is designed to keep you motivated and consistent with your fitness regime.
Prenatal Core Program for New Moms
New moms, rejoice! Peloton has launched a 4-week Prenatal Core Program, led by instructor Robin Arzon. Peloton likely (and smartly!!) recognizes the unique challenges that new moms face when trying to make time for fitness routines, so these classes will be dropping individually every Wednesday versus being contained in a dedicated program. Starting on Wednesday, January 31, classes will drop individually every week, allowing users to fit in the workouts when it works best for them.
Trance Music Rides with Erik and Charlotte
For fans of electronic dance music, Peloton has two Trance Music rides scheduled this week. Erik will lead a 60-minute Trance Music (DE) ride on Tuesday, January 30 at 5:00pm GMT, while Charlotte will lead a 30-minute Trance Music (in English) ride on Sunday, February 4 at 4:00pm GMT. What is Trance Music? Glad you asked. Trance music is characterized by a tempo between 120 and 150 beats per minute, repeating melodic phrases and a musical form that distinctly builds tension and elements throughout a track often culminating in 1 to 2 “peaks” or “drops”.
Which class (or classes) are you stacking this week?
