Pistol Squats : the Yoga Drills Highlighted Class of the Week
Class: 20-minute Yoga Drills: Pistol Squats with Kirra
When: Tuesday, July 1st, at 6:25 PM ET / 8:25 AM AEST+1
Pistol squats may seem a little intimidating at first (don’t worry, you’re not alone!), but this session will guide you through everything you need to know to master them. Kirra will break it all down step-by-step during class, helping you strengthen your body and improve your mobility while tackling this challenge head-on.
Why Pistol Squat train?
Pistol squats are an awesome exercise to add to your routine, and here’s why:
- Balance improvement: These squats work on stability and coordination by engaging multiple muscle groups.

Sims 60: Tread Bootcamp
Class: Sims 60: Tread Bootcamp with Jess
When: Sunday, July 6th, at 10 AM ET / 3 PM BST
Jess is ready to bring you a high-energy, calorie-torching bootcamp session like no other. The Sims 60 combines treadmill running with strength training to give you a full-body workout. Bring your best effort—you’ll be feeling stronger and more accomplished by the end.
