Another exciting week is here for the Peloton community, and the schedule is packed with new classes for keeping our routine fresh. From a brand new class type on the Tread to themed rides and new strength content, there’s something for everyone to explore. Let’s dive into what’s happening this week at Peloton.
Highlighted Class of the Week: % Hike
Get ready to conquer new heights with Peloton’s latest class type: % Hike. This new collection of classes is designed to challenge you in a whole new way on the Tread. Led by an all-star team of instructors including Joslyn Thompson Rule, Jon Hosking, Kirsten Ferguson, Rebecca Kennedy, and Mayla Wedekind, these classes focus on incline training. You’ll set your incline and power through every step, building strength and endurance as you climb. These classes are now available On Demand under the “Collections” tab.
Why should you give % Hike a try? Here are three great reasons:
- Build Lower Body Strength: Hiking on an incline is a fantastic low-impact way to target your glutes, hamstrings, and quads, helping you build serious leg strength.
- Boost Your Cardio: Walking at a steep incline gets your heart rate up without the high impact of running, making it an excellent cardiovascular workout.
- Add Variety to Your Routine: If you’re looking to switch things up on the Tread, % Hike offers a fresh challenge that will push you differently than a standard walk or run.
Disney Heroes Ride
Unleash your inner hero on the bike this week. Sam Yo is leading a special 20-minute Disney Heroes Ride that is sure to be a magical and motivating experience. Get ready for a playlist filled with iconic and uplifting tracks from your favorite Disney heroes.

New Shadowboxing Classes
If you’re ready to work on your power and precision, new shadowboxing content is dropping this week. Rad Lopez, Selena Samuela, and Jermaine Johnson are bringing their energy and expertise to a new set of classes that will have you jabbing, crossing, and hooking your way to a great workout. These classes are perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to shadowboxing or a pro.

Yoga Conditioning with Mariana
Find your flow and build strength on the mat with Mariana Fernández. This weekend, she is leading a class designed to condition your entire body. This 30-minute session will combine the principles of yoga with conditioning exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall stability. It’s the perfect way to round out your week.
