Conquer New York with the TCS New York City Marathon Run

The highlight of the week is the brand-new TCS New York City Marathon Run. This 45-minute on-demand class, dropping on Wednesday, September 24th, is a must-take for runners of all levels. Whether you are training for the actual event or just want to experience a piece of the magic, this class offers a unique opportunity to connect with one of the world’s most iconic races.

The TCS New York City Marathon is more than just a race; it’s a global event. It spans all five boroughs of New York City, starting in Staten Island and finishing in the legendary Central Park. Over 50,000 runners from around the world participate each year, cheered on by millions of spectators. Taking this class allows you to channel that incredible energy from your own treadmill. Go the Distance with Two-for-One Power Zone

For the Power Zone fans, this weekend is bringing a massive challenge. Matt Wilpers and Christian Vande Velde are teaming up for another special 90-minute Two-for-One Power Zone Endurance ride. This class is perfect for building that aerobic base and pushing your limits in a structured way.

To make it a complete training weekend, be sure to pair this endurance ride with the recovery class. CVV will lead a 45-minute Power Zone Recovery ride on Sunday. This combination is ideal for maximizing your gains while ensuring your body gets the active recovery it needs.

  • Date: Saturday, September 27th at 7 AM ET / 12 PM BST

New Vibe & Flow: Club Bangers

Get ready to find your groove on the mat. Chelsea Jackson Roberts and Alex Toussaint are bringing their signature energy to a new yoga class. The 30-minute Vibe & Flow: Club Bangers will premiere on Sunday, offering a dynamic flow set to an unforgettable playlist. This is the perfect way to stretch, strengthen, and vibe out before the week begins.

Test Your Strength with New Benchmarks

It’s time to measure your progress. A new round of Benchmark Strength classes will be available on-demand throughout the week. These classes are designed to help you track your strength gains over time. Look for new classes from Adrian Williams, Jermaine Johnson, Rebecca Kennedy, Robin Arzón, and Selena Samuela.
