This week’s spotlight shines on Kirra’s 60-minute Intermediate Yoga Flow. With 137 60-minute yoga classes already in the Peloton library, Kirra’s 33rd class in this longer  style is an amazing new addition. Her flows are known for their calm energy and this one promises to be no different. 

A longer yoga class, like this one, allows you to truly immerse yourself in the practice. There’s time to build momentum, connect each breath to your motion, and deepen your meditation.
