Soak in all that summer sunshine by taking your meditations outdoors. Audio-only Walking Meditations are the perfect way to care for your body and mind at the same time. New classes will drop on demand Wed. July 3 at 11 a.m. ET/4 p.m. BST.

Keep the club vibes going with another installment of Peloton’s collaboration with Defected Records. A 20-minute Defected Records Lanebreak Ride will be available on demand Wed.
