TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (7/17/2024)

Every Monday, we ask The Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1. 1. 07/15/24 Low Impact Ride with Christine D’Ercole
  2. 06/12/24 Yin Yoga With Chelsea Jackson Roberts
  3. 06/03/24 Full Body Stretch with  Logan Aldridge
  4. 07/08/24 2000sYoga Flow with Chelsea Jackson Roberts
  5. 07/09/24 Bike Bootcamp with Jess Sims

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

  1. Favorite Ride

07/15/24 Low Impact Ride with Christine D’Ercole

Debra Mericantante Anzalone (#SpogaDeb) loved this class and said “It was my 4700th ride” (yes, you read that number correctly) – Debra also got a shout out from Christine!  This ride had great alternative music, including The Smiths, Judah & the Lion, Snow Patrol, and The Cure, and was done entirely in the saddle, making it a great one for anyone with injuries, joint issues, or just wanting a low impact ride.

  1. Favorite Yin Yoga

06/12/24 Yin Yoga With Chelsea Jackson Roberts

We truly could all use some more yin in our lives, and Amy Miller Sams (#Amys_Got_Goals) recommends this class!  Amy said “I really enjoyed the Yin Yoga I did yesterday.  I am getting in the habit of adding Yin after my stack, before I transition to the rest of my day.”   With ten yin movements and Chelsea’s soothing and positive voice, this class will get you relaxed both physically and mentally.

  1. Favorite Stretch

06/03/24 Full Body Stretch  with  Logan Aldridge

Time to give some lovin’ to stretching!  Tiffanycortez (#ToughTiffSweats) nominated this stretch,  commenting that this 20 minute full body stretch “was like a Yin  Yoga class and we held each position for 3 minutes to relaxing music.  The last minute we laid on our stomachs to rest.  The whole thing was very meditative and grounding and felt great after a tough strength class with Rebecca.”

  1. Favorite Yoga Flow

07/08/24 2000sYoga Flow  with Chelsea Jackson Roberts

Memeto10nc (#Memeto10) said this class was “perfection.  Great music, awesome flow of basic poses, relaxing savasana. Definitely one to be on repeat!”  She even gave it the chef’s kiss emoji – twice!   This class doesn’t have your mom’s yoga music, folks – there’s a song by Fergie and Ludacris, and another by Britney Spears, among others. Definitely a fun class!

  1. Favorite Unstackable Bike Bootcamp

07/09/24 Bike Bootcamp with Jess Sims

Chelsea Schroeder nominated this advanced class as our Unstackable, stating “I love the cardio and strength mix in a long bike boot camp.  This 60 minute one includes a flash 15 style 12 minute EMOM in the middle and those devil presses lived up to their name!”  There’s a reason they’re called that, Chelsea!  A great combination of strength and cardio, for those of you who can’t choose just one or don’t have time enough for two!
