Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Walk + Run

11/09/2025 45 Minute Walk + Run with Jon Hosking
Laura Mounsteven loved this class and you will too! Laura said this was “a fun playlist that highlighted some favorite songs and memories from past “In the Club” classes and loving that pace targets are now a thing for walk + runs! The time flew by in this class! I’ll be taking it again!” Also remember – walk+run classes now count toward running, not walking, classes!
2. Favorite Walk

11/08/2025 30 Minute Pop Walk with Susie Chan
Sarah Lester nominated this class saying “I haven’t enjoyed a playlist that much in a while. It was music by women in the year 2025. Some great songs!!” This class has songs by Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, Lady Gaga and Sabrina Carpenter, just to name a few. It also alternates between brisk, easy, and power walking, with some good recovery periods in between. Perfect music and a perfect workout!
3. Favorite Ride

11/09/2025 30 Minute Pop Ride with Leanne Hainsby-Alldis
Margaret Folkman Robertson loved this ride, especially the music. Margaret said this class “started with Lizzo, included Miley, and wrapped up with the Spice Girls and Taylor Swift. The entire playlist was awesome and Leanne brought all the energy!” Sanna Rautiaionen-Printezi (#SannaSkyrider) also loved this ride, saying “the playlist was perfect and Leanne was sparkling as always!”
4. Favorite Yoga Class

09/27/2025 30 Minute Focus Flow: For Runners with Kirra Michel
Mindy Jensen loved this class which included studio members. Mindy said “What I loved most [about this class] was not just the flow, but her interactions with the in person class participants. She was making corrections for them and conversing with them. It felt like I was in class with them! I wish more classes felt like that!” Rebecca Allen loved this class too, saying “I remember doing this class and I loved it!! Kirra made it so accessible for everyone!”
5. Favorite Unstackable Core Class

10/14/2025 20 Minute Core Strength with Robin Arzon
Hillary LaMay (#Hillary LaMay) nominated this class – if you thought classes involving a foam roller involve recovery, this class will make you think again – in fact Hillary’s description made us pick this class as our unstackable this week. Hillary said this “is the class your deep core didn’t know it needed! Have yoga blocks on hand for spicy plank pikes. It feels like doing Pilates on a reformer, but without the machine. The roller creates instability so your deep core has to work harder. This activates your pelvic floor powerhouse and obliques (the “corset muscles”) for functional strength and posture improvement. You get long, controlled movements that sculpt without impact, and built-in muscle release. Robins’ cues are clear, the sequencing is smart, and her foam rolling core classes are beginner-friendly, but surprisingly tough. Find them under Collections – Foam Roller Core!”
