TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (05/28/2025)
Every Monday, we ask The Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s favorite Peloton classes:
1. 05/25/2025 80’s Ride with Benny Adami
2. 02/07/2023 10 Minute Neck Mobility with Hannah Corbin
3. 05/25/2025 Walk/Run with Mariana Fernandez
4. 09/22/2024 10 Minute Focus Flow: For Runners with Mariana Fernandez
5. 05/23/2025 30 Minute Intervals Run with Alex Toussaint
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Ride
05/25/2025 30 Minute 80’s Ride with Benny Adami
Paul Kittinger recommended this ride, also pointing out that it’s in English (but we highly encourage you to try the German rides too – Benny’s playlists are so amazing – plus there are subtitles!!). Paul said that this is “a very fun ride that also delivers a great workout and playlist. Benny’s English rides are a largely undiscovered gem. He’s somehow both fun and a demanding drill instructor (a testament to German efficiency).” Well said, Paul – and Melisa Giles-Hanwacker agrees!
2. Favorite Mobility Class
02/07/2023 10 Minute Neck Mobility with Hannah Corbin
We don’t always get mobility class recommendations for our Top 5, but honestly, these classes are so fantastic for your body – make sure to explore them if you haven’t yet! Karen Smith benefited from this one, saying that she had irritated her neck and “needed something to loosen and relax it.” This class was just what she needed – Karen said “Hannah focuses on slow movements for the neck and upper back and I’ve had this on repeat for the last week. What a gem of a class!” This class can use a yoga block, ball, and/or foam roller if you have any of those handy.
3. Favorite Walk/Run
05/25/2025 Walk/Run with Mariana Fernandez
Jennifer Anderson said that this class had “great music as always and I’m slowly getting back to running after breaking my ankle so I really enjoyed it.” The varied playlist in this class does really hit all the feels, and the striders, walks, and jog intervals are definitely great if you’re recovering from an injury, working up to full runs, or just want to get your low impact movement in for the day.
4. Favorite Yoga Class
09/22/2024 10 Minute Focus Flow: For Runners with Mariana Fernandez
Mariana gets two nods in our Top 5 this week with good reason! Before you run or walk with Mariana, try this focus flow to get your muscles ready to go. Mindy Jensen said she had been meaning to mention this class as her favorite for three weeks (it’s never too late, Mindy!) Mindy said “this focus flow is intended to warm you up before your run. I have done this several times and it definitely primes the muscles and joints for your run. I love working one side and feeling the difference before working the second side. Bonus, it will count towards our monthly yoga challenge count.”
5. Favorite Unstackable Run
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
05/23/2025 30 Minute Intervals Run with Alex Toussaint
Melissa Giles-Hanwacker recommended this class, saying “it was perfection.” Melissa pointed out that the class was challenging, but “the time goes by so fast that you don’t realize how hard you are working until the class is done. I’m looking forward to the sprint classes every week through the summer! Alex is my #1 on the bike and tread!” Sounds like something you think you might be able to stack – but realize afterwards that the only stacking you’re going to do is one of the aforementioned very low impact mobility classes!
Thank you!
