TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (04/02/2025)
Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s favorite Peloton classes:
1. 03/28/2025 30 Minute Live DJ Ride with Matt Wilpers
2. 01/27/2025 15 Minute 90s Walk with Joslyn Thompson Rule
3. 03/26/2025 45 Minute Boot Camp with Rad Lopez
4. 03/27/2025 Morning Slow Flow with Denis Morton
5. 11/22/2024 30 Minute Glutes and Legs with Adrian Williams
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Ride
03/28/2025 30 Minute Live DJ Ride with Matt Wilpers
Kimberly Ray Jessup also nominated this ride, saying “It is so fun to see Matt and DJJM both a little bit outside of their comfort zone! JM congratulating Matt for staging up until 11:00 to party with the DJ on his vacation was great!” Karen Smith also loved this class saying that she loved “how playful Matt was throughout the class, while still making you WORK. His interactions with DJJM were great and left me wondering why Matt doesn’t do more DJ rides!”
2. Favorite Walk
01/27/2025 15 Minute 90s Walk with Joslyn Thompson Rule
Karen Smith also nominated this class and said “Joslyn is quickly becoming one of my favorite instructors? Her sense of humor and innuendos always have me giggling, and this class was no exception. Great tunes and giggles to be had. Highly recommend!” We love adding these shorter walks to a strength workout or getting that blue dot on days when we don’t have a lot of time to work out.
3. Favorite Bike Boot Camp
03/26/2025 45 Minute Boot Camp with Rad Lopez
Kerry Pickett Marden recommended this class as her favorite this week, with good reason! Kerry said she was “so happy to see a new instructor teaching these classes and I loved his programming for the class. I can’t wait to see more from Rad!” Helpful hint: if you enjoy lawn mower rows and squat jumps or at least realize their value in your training routine, this is the class for you.
4. Favorite Yoga Class
03/27/2025 Morning Slow Flow with Denis Morton
Mindy Jensen recommended this class, saying “as Denis states in the introduction, instead of taking off like a rocket in the morning (or in my case, sitting on the couch all Sunday morning), we ease into things. This class hits all the right stops to get you loosened up for the day.” There’s no better way to enjoy the day then to start it out with some gentle movement and Denis’ positive words of encouragement!
5. Favorite Unstackable Strength Class
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
11/22/2024 30 Minute Glutes and Legs with Adrian Williams
Katie Bromley nominated this class as her favorite, and as definitely unstackable. Katie said “this class had me in a puddle by the end. It started off with a nice little warm up and then lunges upon lunges. If you are looking for a leg class to punish….I mean push yourself, this is the one.” Of course, Adrian makes it look easy – but we are guessing he might not have even stacked anything else after this class!
