TCO Top 5: Favorite Classes from Week of 3/11/26
Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s top 5 Peloton classes:
- 01/30/26 20-Minute Pop Ride with Cody Rigsby
- 03/06/26 30-Minute 90s Rock Ride with Denis Morton
- 01/30/20 30-Minute Guns N’ Roses Ride with Olivia Amato
- 03/06/26 20-Minute Full Body Stretch with Hannah Corbin
- 01/05/26 30-Minute Kettlebell Strength with Jermaine Johnson
1. Favorite Theme Ride

01/30/26 20-Minute Pop Ride with Cody Rigsby
“Cody’s 20-minute pop ride from 1/30/26. The playlist was all songs from the Guardians of the Galaxy ride at Epcot. I am going next week and it got me very excited for my trip!” — Donna Pearson Carr
If you needed a sign to book a Disney trip, this is it. Cody delivered a ride built entirely around the soundtrack from the Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Mix Live! attraction at Epcot, and it sounds like it was pure magic. Whether you are a Disney superfan heading to the parks soon or just someone who can never say no to a great cosmic playlist, this one has your name on it. Consider this your warmup for the real thing, Donna. We hope the trip is everything you dreamed!
2. Favorite Rock Ride: Denis Rocks the 90s

03/06/26 30-Minute 90s Rock Ride with Denis Morton
This week, Denis Morton did not just drop one standout class. He dropped several, and the TCO community noticed in a big way.
Betsy Arndt was all in on his 30-minute 90s Rock ride, which Denis framed as his unofficial Women’s History Month class:
“His 30-minute 90s Rock ride was his unofficial Women’s History Month ride and the music was all female singers. It was a challenging class!” — Betsy Arndt
Pairing a tough workout with an all-female artist playlist during of Women’s History Month? That is the kind of intentional class design that keeps riders coming back. Betsy also gave a shoutout to Denis’s 30-Minute Yoga Focus Flow for Hips, calling it AMAZING and noting that even though she is not always consistent with yoga, her body felt incredible during and after. High praise from someone who knows their body well.
3. Favorite Throwback: A Time Machine Powered by Aquanet

01/30/20 30-Minute Guns N’ Roses Ride with Olivia Amato
“This week I time-traveled via Olivia Amato’s Guns N’ Roses ride from 1/30/20, straight back to 1987. My bike became a time machine powered by Aquanet fumes and big hair energy.” — darkpeloton
We do not always feature a throwback class on the Top 5, but when a nomination comes in written like this, you make room. Darkpeloton climbed aboard Olivia’s 2020 Guns N’ Roses ride and apparently landed somewhere between a hair metal club and a very sweaty Sunset Strip. The Peloton library is a gift, and this is exactly the kind of class that reminds you it is never too late to revisit something you missed the first time around. Aquanet not included.
4. Favorite Stretch

03/06/26 20-Minute Full Body Stretch with Hannah Corbin
“Sometimes I leave a full body stretch disappointed because it didn’t hit on everything I needed… not this one! A favorite that I will do again and again. Every stretch that Hannah does is a compound stretch, and you are able to stretch several areas at the same time. I also found that there were a number of postures that were pretty unique, so it made the class more interesting. It was very accessible and I felt fantastic at the end, head to toe.” — Liz Nikol
We have all taken a stretch class and walked away feeling like it barely scratched the surface. Hannah Corbin clearly decided that was not going to happen here. Liz points out something genuinely useful: every stretch is a compound stretch, meaning you’re addressing multiple areas at once rather than working through a single muscle group at a time. That’s a smarter use of your time, and it shows. The unique postures are a bonus too, because there is nothing worse than going through the motions on a class you feel like you could teach yourself. Whether you use this on a rest day or stack it after a ride, run, or strength session, Liz’s review makes a strong case that this one belongs in regular rotation.
5. The Unstackable: Favorite Kettlebell Strength Class
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

01/05/26 30-Minute Kettlebell Strength with Jermaine Johnson
“I love JJ for helping me learn kettlebells. This class was very straightforward and incorporated unilateral work with offset weights. The clear pacing and the encouraging tone helped me feel accomplished. And yes, I was just the right amount of sore the next day!” — Elizabeth Schlosberg (#MinuteToSpinIt)
Elizabeth wins the Unstackable crown this week, and honestly, JJ makes it look easy while your muscles quietly file a formal complaint. Unilateral work with offset weights sounds approachable in theory and then wakes you up two days later to remind you that it was not. The fact that JJ pairs technical, purposeful movement with clear instruction and genuine encouragement makes this class a standout for beginners and experienced lifters alike. If you have been curious about kettlebells but were not sure where to start, this sounds like your entry point.
Thank you!
Thank you to all of our listeners for sharing your recommendations and enthusiasm. Keep the nominations coming, and maybe your favorite will make the list next week!
