Peloton is spotlighting a variety of classes this week, with a focus on strength training. Rad Lopez leads the pack with a strength stack, a back-to-back two-class session designed to target the lower body and core. In addition, members can explore a guided run with Becs Gentry, a new mobility class with Matty Maggiacomo, and a returning cycling favorite with Jenn Sherman.

  • 5-Minute Core (6:00 PM ET)

  • 7 Continents Recap Run with Becs Gentry – A 60-minute run where Becs reflects on her experience running across all seven continents. Available in the Audio Guided Scenic Collection starting Wednesday, February 12.
  • Morning Mobility with Matty Maggiacomo – Matty’s first Morning Mobility class, designed to help with movement and flexibility. Available On Demand starting Thursday, February 13 at 12:00 AM ET.
  • 45-Minute My Mixtape Ride with Jenn Sherman – A music-driven cycling class featuring a mix of songs, scheduled for Sunday, February 16 at 10:00 AM ET.
