The Real Housewives of Rhode Island Meets Peloton: Matty Maggiacomo Is Hosting an Exclusive Class

Matty Maggiacomo is hosting an invite-only Peloton Walk + Talk class built around The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, and his connection to the franchise runs deeper than most people realise.

The Backstory

Matty was raised in Rhode Island, attended La Salle Academy, and worked in television journalism before joining Peloton in 2018. He is a self-described Bravoholic, and The Real Housewives of Rhode Island is where that identity and his roots converge. This is not a themed workout he was handed. It is a show set in the state where he grew up. 

Before The Real Housewives of Rhode Island walk & talk with Matty, there was the BravoCon ride with Jenn.

It also isn’t his first time dabbling in a Bravo-themed class.  In September of 2025, Jenn Sherman hosted a BravoCon ride dedicated to all things Bravo with a few special guests in on bikes: Ash Pryor, Marcel Dinkins and a moustached Matty.

• Date: Sunday, March 29th, 2026
• Time: 5 PM EST
• Location: Peloton Studios New York
• Format: 30-minute Walk + Talk pre-record
• Access: Invite-only, first-come, first-served
• Important: Uninvited bookings and duplicate reservations will be cancelled without exception

About The Franchise

Premiering April 2, 2026, The Real Housewives of Rhode Island is the twelfth installment in a series that first aired in March 2006. Three things worth knowing:

• From a single Orange County postcode, the franchise has grown into one of television’s most recognised brands, spanning twelve US cities, twenty-nine international adaptations, and twenty-nine spin-off series.
• Each housewife’s tagline is not always entirely her own work. Producers collaborate with cast members on several options, with the network making the final call.
• The show was originally pitched under the working title Behind the Gates. The rebrand to Real Housewives changed the trajectory of the entire format.
