How to Apply for the Discount with ID.me
To access these discounts, the purchaser must provide proof of their group eligibility, which can include documents such as ID cards, pay stubs, etc., that verify their status. Keep in mind that:
- The individual receiving the discount must belong to the eligible group (Military, Medical, First Responder, or Educator) for the equipment discount.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, including referral programs.
Once ready to begin the verification process, purchasers can visit Peloton’s website and chat directly with a member of Peloton’s sales team via the red Chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and be guided through the process.
Members Previously Verified Through SheerID
If you are currently verified through SheerID, your eligibility will remain valid until your verification period ends. However, once it expires, you will need to re-verify using ID.me to continue receiving special pricing offers. Offer codes distributed by SheerID will expire on November 30, 2024. After this date, all re-verifications will need to go through ID.me.
How to Verify Your Eligibility with ID.me
To verify your eligibility, visit onepeloton.com/offers and submit the necessary documents through the ID.me platform. ID.me will then review your documentation and confirm your eligibility, typically within minutes of submission.
ID.me allows you to verify your eligibility for Peloton’s special pricing up to three times per year. Only basic information such as your name, email, and ZIP code will be shared with Peloton. All other personal information remains secure and private. Additionally, ID.me uses encryption to protect user information, and users control what is shared with third parties. For more details on ID.me’s privacy practices, visit here.
What Happens After Verification?
Once verified, Members will continue to receive Peloton’s special pricing without disruption. If you qualify for the special pricing but have not yet applied, don’t worry—canceling your current membership in order to sign up for the discounted membership won’t erase any of your workout history or performance data. As long as you sign back up with the same email address you previously used for your account, your records (and PRs!) will remain intact.
