Peloton HSS Classes

Last Updated: October 20, 2025By Tags: , ,

The new Peloton HSS classes collection marks a major step forward in how Peloton plans to support targeted wellness and injury-prevention. Built in partnership with HSS (Hospital for Specialized Surgery), these classes are designed to address specific conditions—from tennis elbow to postpartum movement—through structured, expert-led workouts. Found under the Collections tab, these new classes now make clinically informed fitness accessible from home for Peloton members.

What Are the Peloton HSS Classes?

six of the seven new Peloton HSS Classes collections

The Peloton HSS classes are a series of curated fitness programs developed with Hospital for Special Surgery that focus on prevention, rehabilitation and mobility. There are seven distinct collections (including two in German) and each collection contains four classes, except for the Bone Health collection, which has three.

Here’s the full rundown of the collections and instructors:

  • Tennis Elbow Prevention – taught by Katie Wang (4 classes)

  • Runner’s Knee Prevention – taught by Kirsten Ferguson (4 classes)

  • Postpartum Movement – taught by Robin Arzón (4 classes)

  • Bone Health – taught by Joslyn Thompson Rule (3 classes)

  • Desk Worker Strength & Mobility – taught by Andy Speer (4 classes)

  • Power and Mobility for the Office – taught by Marcel Mauer & Andy Speer (4 classes)

  • Strong Bones – taught by Erik Jäger (4 classes)

Each collection is clearly labeled and can be found by navigating to Collections within the Peloton App or on your Peloton tablet. Members can browse by the specific health focus and select the series that matches their needs.

How Members Benefit from Peloton HSS Classes

By expanding beyond general-fitness programming, the Peloton HSS classes offer several meaningful advantages for members:

  • Condition-specific support: Instead of generic workouts, you get a collection tailored to a particular area (e.g., bone health or desk-worker mobility).

  • Expert-driven instruction: Every class is built with clinical guidance from HSS and led by experienced Peloton instructors.

  • Structured progression: Because each collection is a grouped set of multiple classes, it feels like a mini-program instead of a one-off workout.

  • Accessibility and ease: The classes are available on demand and labeled within the Collections tab, so you don’t need to manually search for the right type of session.

  • Holistic wellness: These collections support prevention, not just performance—meaning they plug into long-term health rather than one-off bursts.

The Importance of Peloton HSS Classes

The Peloton HSS classes represent a shift in the at-home fitness market. Instead of purely performance-oriented workouts, this collection reflects an investment in wellness and longevity. For many users—especially those returning from injury, managing chronic conditions, or sitting at a desk all day—this is the sort of clinically-informed programming that has traditionally required in-person professionals.

By embedding these collections within the standard Peloton environment, these workouts become part of your regular routine rather than a separate “rehab” track. The convenience of the Collections tab combined with clear labeling and clinician involvement makes targeted wellness more approachable.

Finding and Using the Collections

Here’s how to get started with Peloton HSS classes:

  1. Open your Peloton App or device.

  2. Navigate to the Collections tab.

  3. Browse through the available sets—look for names like Desk Worker Strength & Mobility, Bone Health, or Tennis Elbow Prevention.

  4. Select your desired collection and begin with the first class. Note: most collections contain four classes, except for Bone Health which has three.

  5. Follow the sequence for best results, and revisit the series periodically for maintenance.

If you’ve ever wished your connected fitness experience could include more than just “sweat now,” the Peloton HSS classes collection may be the answer. With expert instruction, condition-specific focus, and seamless access within the Peloton platform, these programs bring wellness and preventative care into your home gym. Whether you’re managing an injury, improving long-term bone health, or simply trying to move better at your desk, the Collections tab just got a meaningful upgrade.
