The Ultimate Peloton 2-for-1 Row Is Almost Here: Ash Pryor and Alex Karwoski Team Up by March 25
The wait for the Peloton 2-for-1 Row is almost over. A tipster reached out to The Clip Out to share that the 30-minute class featuring Ash Pryor and Alex Karwoski is set to land in the on-demand library by March 25 at the latest.
We love when the Clip Out community brings us the scoop, and this one is a good one.
Filmed at Peloton Studios New York on March 12
The Peloton 2-for-1 Row was recorded at PSNY on Thursday, March 12, at 2:30 pm, with studio attendance completely sold out.
Because it was filmed as a pre-record rather than a live broadcast, it will drop directly into the on-demand library. That means members can jump in at any time once it becomes available.
The Clip Out has been following this class since details about the filming first surfaced: Fun 2-for-1 Row with Ash Pryor and Alex Karwoski Is on the Way.

Meet the Instructors Behind the Peloton 2-for-1 Row
Ash Pryor and Alex Karwoski are the two dedicated rowing instructors on the Peloton platform, and they each bring a distinct background to the sport.
Alex is the only Olympian on the full Peloton instructor roster, having competed with the US Men’s Eight at the 2016 Rio Olympics. He also earned a second-place finish at the Head of the Charles Regatta. The Clip Out has covered Alex’s competitive rowing career in depth.
Ash arrived at rowing by a very different path. After playing basketball at Ohio State University, she founded Relentless Rowing Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to making rowing accessible to athletes from underrepresented communities.
The First Time Ash and Alex Have Shared a Peloton 2-for-1 Row
The 2-for-1 format is not new to the Row. Ash previously teamed up with Katie Wang for a 2-for-1 Row back on February 13, 2024, so the format has made an appearance on the platform before but it has been quite a while.
What makes this one notable is that it is the first time Ash and Alex, Peloton’s two dedicated rowing instructors, will share a class together. Both have appeared in Peloton’s You Can Row the Distance program, but this Peloton 2-for-1 Row brings them together on the same screen for the very first time.

Mark Your Calendar for the Peloton 2-for-1 Row
March 25 is your target date. That said, pre-recorded classes sometimes surface in the on-demand library a bit ahead of schedule, so it is worth keeping an eye on the Row library in the days leading up to that date.
The Clip Out will have an update as soon as the Peloton 2-for-1 Row is confirmed live in the app. While you wait, it is a great time to explore what else the Row has to offer with Peloton’s Max Out Row classes.
