Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month Series Begins
Peloton honors APIHM annually with a robust series of classes to add to their Collection. These classes are waiting for you this week:
- 20-Minute API Hits Pilates with Aditi Live Thursday, May 1 @ 9:30 AM ET | 2:30 PM BST
- 20-Minute Bollywood Outdoor Run with Jess K. On-Demand Wednesday, May 7 On Demand @ 12 AM ET | 5 AM BST
- 15-Minute K-Pop Upper Body Strength with Assal (DE) Premiere Thursday, May 8 Premiere @ 5 PM BST | 6 PM CEST
- 15-Minute API Hits Row with Adrian Live Saturday, May 10 @ 8 AM ET
Mental Health Month Classes Announced
Another annual commemoration Peloton does is focusing on Mental Health Awareness Month. Since 2021, a wide variety of classes have been offered every May that help us tune in to ourselves and our communities in ways that heal and help. Check out the complete Collection of classes in this series.
As of this writing, only Ally‘s live class has kicked off the week, but the rest of first week of MHM classes will feature these instructors:
- 10-Minute Mental Health Awareness Stretch with Rebecca On Demand Monday, May 5 @ 12AM ET | 5 AM BST
- 10-Minute Mental Health Meditation with Nico (DE) Monday May 5 @ 6:10 PM BST | 7:10PM CST
- 10-Minute Mental Health Meditation with Aditi Tuesday May 6 @ 7:30 AM ET | 12:30 PM BST
- 20-Minute Mental Health Awareness Ride with Bradley Tuesday May 6 @ 2:30 PM ET | 7:30 PM BST
- 30-Minute Mental Health Awareness Outdoor Walk with Kirsten Thursday May 8 On Demand @ 12 AM ET | 5 AM BST

New Modalities (Sort of?) for Old Friends with New Classes in May
Recently, Peloton announced that the Tread Bootcamp, Pilates, and Meditation teams would be adding some new faces. Well, they were kind of new… Kirsten is a welcome new addition to the Walking Bootcamp fam, while Emma was on the initial Pilates launch several years ago, and Denis has a few meditations in the On Demand library already. We’re not ones to split hairs though, we’re happy to have all of these folks adding more of their amazing coaching to the platform!
Catch Denis’ new Live Meditation May 9! We’ll let you know when Emma’s latest Pilates is set to appear in the schedule.
And a New Class Type on the Bike
Tread fans are familiar with their Progression Runs but this “Progressive Push” class with Hannah is a first for the cycling category. We’re curious what kind of progressions she’ll have us do! Will you be checking this one out?
