New Peloton Strength Series: The Stronger You with Ben Alldis
Over the weekend, Ben announced that he is bringing a 6-part series of 20-minute workouts titled “The Stronger You” to the live class lineup. According to Ben, this series is designed to push your limits and ensure you’re squeezing the most out of those precious minutes on your mat. Each class will feature a quartet of workout elements: upper body, lower body, core strength, and a dash of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio to cap it off. Once all six classes have dropped, Peloton will package them up and give them a home in Collections.

Series Structure – Déjà Vu?
If you’re thinking, “This sounds familiar…” you’re not alone. These classes are structured similarly to Ben’s Total Body Strength classes from last year. Is this a rebranding of those classes? We don’t know, but it kind of seems like it. Either way, while you wait for each new The Stronger You class, you can revisit the Total Body Strength classes; they’re still there, waiting for you in the On Demand library.
Beyond The Series
If you want even more of Ben’s style of training, don’t forget to check out the Stronger You 1 and Stronger You 2 programs tucked under the Programs tab on the Peloton platform. With all of these options, you’re going to be the strongest Stronger You yet!
