Matt Wilpers Announces 3 New Move For Life Plans Coming in February

Last Updated: January 29, 2026By Tags: ,

Matt Wilpers has introduced three brand-new Peloton Move For Life Plans launching in February, all part of the Move For Life initiative. Move For Life is one of Peloton’s official teams within their social platform, designed to inspire members to stay active and connected. For more details on Peloton teams and how they work, check out our previous article here.

The new Peloton Move For Life Plans are structured as four-week schedules, combining walking and strength training to suit various fitness levels:

  1. 150 MIN WALK + STRENGTH
    • Includes 30-minute walks and full-body strength sessions, with one rest day per week.
  2. 225 MIN WALK + STRENGTH
    • Features longer walks and combined walk + strength days for a more challenging routine.
  3. 300 MIN WALK + STRENGTH
    • A high-intensity plan with 60-minute walks and extended strength sessions for advanced participants.

When Matt announced these plans on Teams, he clarified that they will feature hand-selected classes from Peloton’s existing library rather than introducing new classes. This means members will have the flexibility to follow the curated plans using classes already available on the platform.

It’s worth noting that Matt Wilpers is not typically known for leading walking classes, so while these plans won’t include new content, the focus on walking is still a notable addition to his usual offerings.

Each plan is designed to be repeated weekly, offering a consistent and achievable structure for members to follow. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, these Peloton Move For Life Plans are a great way to stay motivated and engaged.

What are your training plans for February? Will you be trying one of the Move For Life Plans?
