Peloton Drops Day 1 Move for Life Challenge Schedule

Peloton has officially released the Day 1 schedule for its February Move for Life Challenge, part of its broader initiative to keep members active and engaged. The challenge kicks off with a variety of walking workouts designed to suit different fitness levels, featuring curated tracks led by popular instructors.

Day 1 Move for Life Schedule

The Day 1 schedule includes the following walking workouts:

  • Track 1 (150 minutes walking + strength):  30-minute Pop Punk Walk with Camila Ramón (10/23/25)

  • Track 2 (225 minutes walking + strength):  45-minute 80s Walk with Jon Hosking (10/4/25)

  • Track 3 (300 minutes walking + strength):  60-minute 2000s Walk with Jon Hosking (1/9/26)

Each track, aka the path you choose to participate in, combines walking and strength training to suit various fitness levels.

What to Expect from the Move for Life Challenge

Now that Day 1 has dropped, members have a glimpse into what they can expect from the Move for Life Challenge throughout February. Daily drops within the Move for Life team on the Peloton app will provide fresh content and keep participants motivated.

The challenge combines walking and strength training, offering flexibility for participants to choose tracks that align with their fitness levels. Peloton’s Move for Life plans, announced by Matt Wilpers, are structured as four-week schedules and feature hand-selected classes from Peloton’s existing library.
