Mother's Day 2026 Class Schedule at Peloton

Peloton is Celebrating Mother’s Day: Schedule of Special Classes On May 10

Peloton’s Mother’s Day schedule has arrived and there is something for everyone! Mother’s Day is celebrated in the United States on the second Sunday of May each year – in 2026 that falls on Sunday, May 10. The holiday is a time to honor mothers and mother figures for everything they do, and it has long been one of the most widely observed days on the American calendar. From brunches to bouquets, families find all kinds of ways to show appreciation, and this year, Peloton is adding something a little different to the mix.

The fitness platform is marking Mother’s Day with a dedicated slate of special classes designed to celebrate the women who keep the world moving. Whether you want to gift a workout to the mom in your life or treat yourself, Peloton has something on the schedule for everyone.

The Mother’s Day Class Lineup

Peloton is rolling out classes across multiple formats throughout the day on Sunday, May 10. The celebration kicks off early with on-demand content dropping at midnight ET, so members anywhere in the world can start celebrating from the moment the day begins.

The on-demand offerings include a 45-minute Mother’s Day Ride with Christine, a 30-minute Mother’s Day Walk with Rebecca, and a 20-minute Para las Madres Walk with Mariana, taught in Spanish, making the celebration inclusive for the platform’s Spanish-speaking members.

As the morning gets going, live classes take over. At 9:30 AM ET, members can choose between a 30-minute Mother’s Day Yoga Flow with Chelsea or a 30-minute Mother’s Day Hike with Kirsten. Later in the day, Ally leads a 30-minute Mother’s Day Ride at 12:30 PM ET, and Selena follows with a 30-minute Mother’s Day Walk and Run at 2:00 PM ET. The afternoon continues with Ash leading a 30-minute Mother’s Day Row  at 2:30 PM ET rounding out the live class offerings for US members with one of Peloton’s newer modalities.

Peloton is also making sure its international members feel the love. European members get two premiere classes on May 10: a 20-minute Mother’s Day Run with Erik taught in German, premiering at 9 AM BST / 10 AM CEST, and a 30-minute Mother’s Day Ride with Charlotte, also in German, premiering at 9:30 AM BST / 10:30 AM CEST. All other live classes are also available at their corresponding BST times for members in the UK.

A Day Built Around Celebration

The variety in the lineup reflects something Peloton has leaned into in recent years: meeting members where they are. Not every mom wants to clip into a bike on her special day. Some might prefer a gentle yoga flow, a scenic hike, a rowing session, or a motivating walk. The spread of formats and instructors means there is a way for almost every Peloton member to mark the occasion.

It is also worth noting the inclusion of the Spanish-language class with Mariana and the German-language classes with Erik and Charlotte. These are thoughtful touches that acknowledge the diverse, global makeup of the Peloton community and ensure more members feel seen and celebrated on Mother’s Day.

Whether you are gifting a subscription, planning a family sweat session, or simply looking for a meaningful way to move on Mother’s Day, Peloton’s May 10 lineup is worth a look.

About the Author: Liz Nikol (#JustAskForHelp)

My daily therapy is provided by Peloton and I truly believe that movement is medicine. I don't discriminate - bike, tread, yoga, strength, pilates and a ton of meditation. By day, I am a psychotherapist and director of a large counseling center in NJ. I am particularly passionate about women's mental health, especially in midlife. By night, I am a mom to 2 dachshunds and a scruffy mutt and wife to a chiropractor that keeps us all moving (yes, that includes the dogs!). Besides Peloton, I am obsessed with hard rock (think Octane on Sirius), Law and Order everything and a good thriller. Find me on the Peloton leaderboard at #JustAskForHelp.
