- 30-Minute Moby Ride with Mila (DE)
- When: Thursday, July 17th at 4pm BST / 5pm CEST
- Join Mila for a German-language ride that’s as sweet as Honey. Feel the beat and push your limits.
On the Tread
- 30-Minute Moby Outdoor Walk + Run with Andy
- When: Thursday, July 17th
- Available On Demand: 12am ET / 5am BST
- Take your workout outside with Andy and let tracks like Run On set the pace for your walk or run.
- 30-Minute Moby Run with Mariana
- When: Thursday, July 17th at 7pm ET / 9am AEST+1
- Mariana will have you running to the rhythm of The Last Day. This class is perfect for those who love a good beat to keep them moving.
On the Mat
- 20-Minute Moby Upper Body Strength with Joslyn
- When: Thursday, July 17th at 5:30pm ET / 7:30am AEST+1
- Build strength and feel the burn with Joslyn as you power through a workout that’s as intense as the killah track Bodyrock.
- 30-Minute Moby Yoga Flow with Kirra
- When: Thursday, July 17th at 6pm ET / 8am AEST+1
- Flow through poses and find your zen with Kirra. This yoga class will leave you feeling as serene as Porcelain.
