A New 4-Day Jermaine Johnson Split Program is Coming This Month

Last Updated: March 10, 2026By Tags: ,

Peloton members who love structured strength training have something new to look forward to: a new Jermaine Johnson split program is on the way. Jermaine Johnson, aka JJ, is set to launch a 4-day split strength program on the Peloton platform on March 27,2026.

A New Option in the Growing Split Program Library

JJ has steadily built one of the most well-developed split training libraries among Peloton’s UK-based instructors. His existing offerings include a 3-day and a 5-day intermediate split program, both of which have earned a loyal following among members who prefer targeted, muscle-group-specific training over traditional full-body classes. The new 4-day format slots neatly between those two options, giving members more training volume than a 3-day structure allows without the full commitment of five days per week.

Like other split programs on the Peloton platform, the new Jermaine Johnson split program is designed to be repeated week over week, so members can track their progress and see real improvement over time.

What We Know So Far

Specific details about class breakdown and session length for the new Jermaine Johnson split program have not yet been confirmed. What we do know is that the program follows JJ’s signature approach: targeted muscle group training spread across multiple sessions, structured for consistency and measurable progress.

Members who are eager to jump in when it launches should keep an eye on Peloton’s socials as late March approaches. Or, you can click a link in the monthly Workouts to Watch email to get a notification from Peloton when the program becomes available.
