Gute Nacht Yoga: New for German-Speaking Members
Peloton’s German-language yoga and meditation instructor Nico Sarani is bringing Gute Nacht Yoga to German-speaking members on the platform. This is a new 30-minute class format created for sleep and wind-down, becomes available on demand starting Tuesday, April 14.
A New Format for the German-Language Yoga Library
Gute Nacht Yoga represents a distinct direction in Peloton’s German-language yoga catalog. While Nico has built a loyal following through her German Pop Yoga Flows and meditation sessions since joining the platform as its first dedicated German-language yoga instructor, the Gute Nacht format is something different: a class specifically designed to help members release the tension of the day, calm the nervous system, and ease into sleep. Available on demand from April 14, the 30-minute Gute Nacht Yoga class meets members wherever they are, at whatever hour fits their evening routine.
Who Is Nico Sarani?
Nico Sarani is Peloton’s first German-language yoga instructor, trained in Bali, Fiji, and Amsterdam. A yoga teacher and mindset coach, she brings a philosophy to every class that movement is not just a workout, but also a “work-in.” She has lived in New York, London, Berlin, and Bali, and draws on a rich mix of cultural teachings and yoga traditions. Most recently, Nico returned to Peloton Studios New York on March 1 after visa paperwork kept her in Germany longer than expected. Since her return, she has been teaching both German and English classes at PSNY.

Nico is not new to sleep programming. She has her own “7 Days to Better Sleep” program in German. This includes a week’s worth of 10 min meditations designed to help members ready their mind and body for rest.
Where Gute Nacht Yoga Fits in Peloton’s German Lineup
Peloton’s German-language content has grown significantly in recent years, with instructors spanning cycling, running, strength, yoga, family fitness, and meditation. The Gute Nacht Yoga class joins a catalog that includes the new Fit Family classes from Cliff Dwenger and Mayla Wedekind, Benny Adami’s Dein Konzert Sing Along Rides, and the German version of the Live Spring Cross Training Program launching April 27. A dedicated Good Night Yoga offers an expansion in Peloton’s evening and recovery content for German-speaking members.
How to Access Gute Nacht Yoga
The Gute Nacht Yoga class will be available on demand in the Peloton app and on Peloton devices starting April 14. Members can find it by browsing Nico Sarani’s instructor profile or searching the Yoga class library. The class is accessible to any member with an active Peloton app subscription, regardless of whether they own Peloton hardware.
Perfect for Winding Down
For German-speaking Peloton members seeking an evening practice to close out the day, the Gute Nacht Yoga class offers something the German-language library has not had before: a dedicated sleep yoga class from an instructor whose work already bridges movement and mindfulness. As Peloton continues to expand its German-language programming through 2026, a Gute Nacht Yoga class is a signal that the platform is paying close attention to what its German-speaking community actually needs.
