Explore Peloton’s Max Out Row Classes

Peloton’s Max Out Row classes, the brainchild of Row instructor Alex Karwoski, offer a unique, high-intensity workout designed to maximize results in a short time. These classes focus on short bursts of maximum effort and Peloton is building a growing library of them.

Newest Max Out Row Class Launches Tomorrow

A new Max Out Row class with Alex K. drops tomorrow, Wednesday, November 27, 2024, in the Peloton On Demand library. This new release provides an excellent opportunity for both seasoned rowers and newcomers to experience the benefits of a high-intensity rowing session.

Benefits of Max Out Row Classes

Max Out Row classes are designed to challenge your body through short bursts of all-out effort. This style of workout offers several key benefits:

  • Build Explosive Power: The intense effort required in these classes strengthens your legs and upper body, improving your peak force output during a rowing stroke.
  • Improve Cardiovascular Fitness: The high-intensity nature of the workout provides a significant challenge to your heart and lungs, boosting your overall endurance.
  • Enhance Athletic Performance: For athletes in sports requiring bursts of power—such as cycling, running, or basketball—Max Out Row classes can provide noticeable performance gains.

And, as Alex K. says in the Instagram Reel above, these classes are repeatable, scalable and are you vs you.  “You are the maximum output.”

On Demand Max Out Row Classes

In addition to the upcoming release, Peloton’s On Demand library features several other Max Out Row classes, all taught by Alex K., for those looking to start or continue their high-intensity rowing journey:
