Camila’s Unofficial Strength Split

Looking for something – and someone – new to shake up your Strength game? Try Camila’s new “unofficial” Split – in Spanish!
What is a Split?
Splits are Peloton’s approach to helping you break up your week of work. Typically classes are focused on a body area (upper, lower, core) and each day gets its own focus. Some of Peloton’s Split Programs also combine cardio classes with Strength, while others help you really just hone in on muscle work. Learn more about Splits in this article.

If you go to Programs and Search “Split” you’ll currently see there are 39 options in a variety of languages, but nothing “official” from Camila… yet! So, she’s created her own program and shared it on her IG.
Camila’s Unofficial Split Plan
Camila recommends following these classes for a minimum of 4 weeks. As with most Splits, it is recommended to repeat and increase the challenge each week, either by weight or reps, as you are able. Understanding the movements (and having no surprises in the class plan) allows for this.
These classes offered by Camila are in Spanish, but of that’s not your primary language, don’t let that stop you! We all know these moves are universal. In fact, Helper Bee Jen always recommend’s Rad’s Split (also in Spanish).
Day 1: Glutes & Legs

Take Camila’s 30 minute Glutes & Legs class from 8/9/25.
Day 2: Core & Cardio

Take Camila’s 10 minute Core from 8/30/25 and add your own cardio class to your stack.
Day 3: Upper Body

Take Camila’s 30 minute Upper Body from 8/23/25.
Day 4: Core & Cardio

Take Camila’s 5 minute Core Body from 8/23/25 and stack your choice of cardio.
Day 5: More Glutes & Legs

Take Camila’s 30 minute Glutes & Legs from 9/6/25.
Day 6: Full Body Finale

Take Camila’s 30 minute Full Body from 7/26/25 to tie it all together.
Day 6: Recovery
Don’t skip your recovery day! Your muscles will thank you before you start all over again!
