Ally describes the program as, “A 7-day progressive program that is designed to bring you back to yourself. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, whatever you are coming back from, these 20-minute classes were designed to help you rebuild your base, build your power, and reignite your energy. These classes were created with my signature 7, 20, 3. Seven days a week, 20-minute classes with a three-week progression. Knowing that consistency brings momentum, and momentum brings strength that lasts.”
