Peloton's Top Musical Moments of 2025 (1)

Top Music Moments at Peloton in 2025

Welcome to The Clip Out’s roundup of the Top Moments in Music at Peloton in 2025. We’ve assembled a look back at some highlights from this year, from some new programming to some new artists. Did your favorite moments make the list?

DJs All Day

There’s nothing quite like the energy a live DJ adds to a class, whether you’re getting your cardio on or vibing out on your yoga mat. In 2025, Peloton gave us plenty of fresh grooves!

Peloton’s DJ, Jon Michael, celebrated his tenth Peloversary this year and marked his OG Live DJ Rides withRobin! In addition to partnering with so many instructors on their rides, “DJJM” is a great source of new music, remixes, and musical guidance to many. Loyal riders of Matt’s weekly Saturday classes know that he frequently sneaks in some of his favorite DJJM picks. It was extra fun when Matt premiered the DJ John Michael Peloton Remix of “Lean On” by Major Lazer, DJ Snake & MØ in their Live DJ class in March!

On the heels of last year’s Defected Records residency, 2025 saw a robust partnership with Armada Music, the world’s largest independent dance music label. Check out the Collection and learn more about these electrifying classes here.

A few other DJs and special musical guests made appearances in classes this year as well:

On 1/31, Camila welcomed Feid’s official DJ, SEBAXXSS, to her live Run. Spinning tunes from Feid, Bad Bunny, Calvin Harris, Daddy Yankee, this was an epic class!

Hip hop legend Lil Jon returned to PSNY to rejoin Alex T live in class on 3/14, this time on the Tread! Moving through the crowd, this was another high energy experience.

Peloton’s Anastacia Artist Series was the gift that kept giving! Beloved in Europe but not well known in the US (despite being American herself), 2000s pop star Anastacia came to the 2-for-1 2000s ride with Hannah F and Charlotte on 11/13, and she brought DJ Bimini. This crew tore it up! This class was a vibe, like sneaking into a random hotel wedding and dancing the night away! Adding to the fun during that week of filming week was seeing how excited all the PSL instructors were to meet Anastacia. Their tween selves were ecstatic!

Let’s Get Into It: Peloton’s Immersive Class Experiments

Not everyone loves the “entertainment” part of Peloton (and we don’t mean that tab that lets you watch shows and movies while you workout, but that’s another story). Some members are just here to be coached, and that’s cool. But others are here to make exercise fun. For this demographic, Peloton really delivered with its new immersive experience classes.

The Jason Universe classes right before Halloween (Bootcamp with Rebecca, Ride with Camila, and Meditation with Denis) were part of Peloton’s partnership with Jason Universe and Horror Inc., celebrating that the Friday the 13th franchise films have been spooking us for the last 45 years! The whole endeavor was a fresh way to reach new audiences, and gave the instructors some fun opportunities to get into their “roles” as camp counselors at Crystal Lake, helping members survive their encounters with Jason Voorhees as he was “spotted lurking near PSNY.” These classes included muscial classics from the series that recalled iconic movie moments. Interestingly, these classes also featured a Peloton Apparel merch tie in.

Coming in hot after this was the PSL Stranger Things surprise drop. Here at The Clip Out we did predict this, and the classes were as fun as we’d hoped. With rides from Bradley and Benny appearing over Thanksgiving weekend, right after Netflix released the first batch of episodes from the show’s final season, these classes were a whirlwind through The Upside Down. Particularly Benny’s, which featured really fun lighting, special effects, and fun acting as he raced to escape the claws of the demigorgon (and lots of the moody instrumentals)! These classes similarly have a Peloton Apparel tie in. Will PSNY get in on the act when the final show episodes are released on Christmas and New Year’s Eve? We hope so!

As the year came to a close, we got another lovely surprise: a narrated walk through Ye Olde London, listening to the PSL instructors take turns narrating the classic tale, A Christmas Carol. While not immersive per se, members report that this kind of voicework really required strong acting chops, which the London team had. This was one of the most popular classes at the end of the year! And it made us wonder here at The Clip Out, with Peloton’s talent recruiter now called a Casting Director, is this a skill they are looking for in future hires, for this kind of creative concept programming?

Is that an International Recording Star or a Peloton Instructor? (It’s Both!)

Camila Ramon Records Spanish Pop Song “No Hay Fotos”

What a fun surprise from Camila this year: her first (and second) Spanish language pop single on the charts and in Peloton classes! She teased that she’d be returning to one of her earlier loves and that turned out to be singing. She filmed a fun video (with a few cameos from her fellow instructors) and then got emotional listening to her own first song in her own class! Other instructors also got in on the act and featured her song as well. We love this for her! She really is “bringing Latin music to the forefront of fitness” as she states is her mission. Check out her IG for more.

Cliff Returned to The Voice Germany

Returned? Yes! You may recall that Cliff told us he previously appeared on The Voice Germany back in 2018, prior to joining Peloton. You may also recall that last year, he recorded a Gospel song and sang it with a choir in a spectacular Peloton ride. Now, he’s putting it all together. Back on The Voice this Fall, he’s been putting his rapping skills and charisma to the test against some worthy competitors! He’s also released a new song. His IG has all the fun videos to catch up with this “side hustle” that’s been so fun to watch! While he did not advance to the Finals, his finish in the Semis was amazing!

Pop Culture Moments Part One – The Big Screen Hits the Peloton Tablets

Movie magic was made this year, both in the theaters and on our streaming services. We could all predict that the “Act 2” of 2024’s Wicked film, Wicked: For Good, would be a sensation but no one could have known that K-Pop Demon Hunters would take over televisions all over the world!

Peloton x Wicked was Full of Wonder

We were curious how could Peloton top last year’s release of Wicked classes. Well, they did. Not only did they drop a super-secret- surprise-3-(yes, THREE)-for-1 Walk + Run with Wicked go-tos Matty and Olivia ON THE TREADS NEXT TO CYNTHIA ERIVO on the day that Wicked: For Good was released in theaters, but they also gave us a full Artist Series of classes a week later! Matty and Olivia were back (sporting green and pink of course, but no full body makeup this year for Matty) along with classes from Ash, Robin, Aditi, Mila, and Sam (our movie magic man). Topping this off with a separate Cynthia Erivo Artist series earlier this year spotlight this absolute musical gem, Peloton’s love for this franchise is unmatched.

It’s a K-Pop Palooza

File under “we didn’t know we needed this” is the K-Pop Demon Hunters phenomenon. This animated musical follows three fictional K-pop superstars who use their secret powers to protect fans from supernatural threats… when they aren’t selling out stadium concerts. This incredibly popular Netflix feature has broken so many records – from most streamed animated film, to most streamed film, and the soundtrack was the first to feature four simultaneous Top 10 songs on the Billboard Hot 100. Classes from Robin, Ash, Cody and Sam will have you feeling “golden”!

Pop Culture Moments Part Deux – Icons

One More Margarita

Before we wrap up with the pop icons that defined music this year, we want to give a shoutout to Peloton for their Jimmy Buffet Artist Series. Honoring the legend who passed away in 2023, this series was a July highlight, with classes from Andy, Rebecca, Alex K, Logan, and Denis. Perfect picks for all you Parrotheads out there!

Peloton Did It Again

2025 marked an iconic moment for Millennials: the 25th anniversary of the release of Britney Spears‘ classic album, Oops, I Did It Again. Peloton pulled out all the stops for this celebration, making more than just an Artist Series… we got Britney Week! Yes, 18 brand new classes (and they were not all with Cody)! Check out the whole Collection and enjoy the first ten classes from the 2020 Artist Series as well.

Giddy Up!

Beyonce’s epic album Cowboy Carter may have been released in 2024 but Peloton gave it top honors in 2025 with a special Artist Series. These ten classes tied into her 2025 tour and her Grammy win for Album of the Year and Best Country Album (where she was the first Black woman to do so). We loved seeing the instructors lean into their own showmanship, especially with the stunning ‘fits from Brittany Allen!

The Most 2025 Thing Ever

Peloton got some us non Gen Alphas, Zs and Millennials good with a cryptic photo of these two chairs on their Instagram teasing an Artist Series in September. Here at The Clip Out some of asked our kids what this meant and of course they knew, it was from Bad Bunny’s new album cover! Yes, Peloton featured Bad Bunny. Why are we highlighting this particular artist? He’s an international superstar from Puerto Rico. On his 2025 tour, he specifically did not go to any US venues for fear that his fans, many of whom are Hispanic, would be seized by ICE. (Instead he did a residency in Puerto Rico which was a huge success.) He is so popular that the NFL chose him to perform the 2026 Superbowl Halftime Show! This was a very divisive decision as many Americans did not think someone who sings primarily in Spanish should have been given this colossal stage, literally and figuratively. Unfortunately, this whole debate is the most 2025 thing ever.

“And if You’d Never Come for Me, I Might’ve Downed in the Melancholy…” (aka Saved by Swifties)

Just when we all needed a distraction, Taylor Swift returned in October (did she ever really leave though?), dropping her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl. Whether you’re a Swiftie or not, there’s no denying the collective pop cultural hold she had over us this year. From the internet Easer Eggs about her lyrics and clues from the Eras Tour to her iconic wedding proposal from Travis Kelce, and the way Peloton instructors interpreted her lyrics in their classes, this surprise Artist Series of eight classes was simply spectacular, and a wonderful way to round out 2025.

But wait, there’s more! Members were ecstatic to learn that the pop classes with Olivia (Ride) and Mariana (Run) scheduled for December 13 were changed to be “Eras Tour” themed classes in honor of Taylor birthday and the release of her final Eras programming on Disney+ (concert show and documentary). Whew, we were not expecting that gift!

Members reported that at long last, the 45 minute Eras TourRun that Peloton gave Mariana was one of the best classes ever, and certainly a dream come true for Mariana!

And to all, a goodnight!
