Get Race Ready with Christian
First up, get race ready with Christian Vande Velde, a pro cyclist who will take you through a 45-minute race simulation. This intense class is available on demand starting Monday, July 15th at 12am ET and 5am BST. Don’t forget to hydrate and fuel up before hitting the virtual roads!
Summer Celebration
For those of you soaking up the summer sun, don’t miss our Summer Celebration Classes. Wherever you are, take your workout with you! Enjoy outdoor walks and runs with new classes available Thursday, July 18th on demand at 12am ET and 5am BST. Soak up the fresh air and take in the sights while staying active.
New Wave Flow with Kirra
If you are looking for some new inspiration in you yoga flow then join Kirra Michel for a 30-minute New Wave Yoga Flow. Let the synth-y rhythms guide you and feel rejuvenated in this unique session on Friday, July 19th at 2pm ET and 7pm BST. I personally can’t wait to check out the playlist–eek!
Cradle Your Core
Stay strong throughout your pregnancy with safe and effective prenatal workouts led by Emma Lovewell. Expectant mums looking to stay active can discover five new classes starting Monday, July 15th. Emma’s expert guidance ensures that each workout is tailored to support you and your baby’s well-being, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence during this special time.
Pilates with Equipment
