This Week at Peloton Features Merengue Walk, Cycling, Yoga, and Strength Classes
Happy New Year From The Clip Out!!!
Good news for all of us who may have slacked off a bit during the holiday season. Not only will Peloton resume its live class schedule this week, there are a couple of new class gems recently revealed in Peloton’s This Week at Peloton instagram drop.
Spice Up the New Year with Camila
On Tuesday, January 2nd, you can hop on your Tread and join Camila Ramon at 7 AM (Eastern) for a live 30 minute Merengue walking class. For those unfamiliar, Merengue is a type of music and dance that originated in the Dominican Republic, and has grown extremely popular in much of Latin America as well as the U.S. So if you want to kick off your 2024 with a little Latin dance music, Camila has you covered.
Two Back-to-Back Premier Classes with Denis Morton
On Tuesday, January 2nd, a new 30 minute Reset Ride with Denis premiers at 5:30 pm (Eastern). Right after that, you can scamper over to your yoga mat for Denis’ 6:05 Reset Yoga class.
Don’t Forget Those Strength Classes
On Wednesday, January 3 at 11 AM (Eastern), you can join Erik Jager for a German language 10X10 strength class.
Regardless of how you want to kick off your 2024 fitness year, Peloton has you covered. And don’t forget to sign up for The Annual 2024 so you can start counting all of those workout minutes.
