This Week At Peloton: Debuts Bench Strength with Tunde
Peloton’s Bench Strength collection continues to grow with a new addition from instructor Tunde. The expansion underscores the platform’s commitment to structured upper body programming as members increasingly build strength work into their regular rotation.
Bench Strength Adds Tunde’s Chest & Back Class
Available on demand starting Wednesday, April 8 at 12 AM ET and 5 AM BST, Tunde’s 20-minute Chest & Back Strength class brings her signature clarity to Bench Strength programming. The class targets upper body development through direct, efficient work on the two major muscle groups driving upper body strength.
Tunde’s approach to Bench Strength mirrors her broader instruction style: structured, grounded in fundamentals, and designed for measurable progress. Members familiar with her other strength offerings will find similar pacing and cueing principles applied here. Those new to Bench Strength will discover a clean entry point for upper body focused work.
The class arrives as part of Peloton’s ongoing expansion of the Bench Strength collection, adding instructor diversity while maintaining the programming’s emphasis on compound and isolation movements for chest and back development.
