1. Favorite Strength Class

Favorite Peloton Classes Zacharias

04/04/26 30-Minute Glutes & Legs Strength with Zacharias Niedzwiecki

“This strength class from Zacharias was excellent. Great programming, perfect rest periods, playlist and I loved the dynamic warmup and final stretch. Bookmarking this one to do again and again (and I did it with kettlebells which also worked perfectly).”

— Aveen Melling

Zacharias continues to deliver on his promise as Peloton’s newest strength instructor. This glutes and legs strength class showcases exactly why fans are gravitating toward his programming: thoughtful exercise selection, well-paced rest intervals that let you recover without losing momentum, and a playlist that fuels the work. The dynamic warmup and stretching bookend the Peloton class beautifully, and Aveen’s note about the kettlebell compatibility shows the class’s flexibility across equipment options. If you’ve been curious about Zacharias’ approach to strength training, this glutes and legs class is an excellent entry point.

2. Favorite Walk

Favorite Peloton Classes Jon Hosking

04/03/26 60-Minute 80s Walk with Jon Hosking

“Had the chance to take this classes at PSL this week and it was great! A 60min 80s walk with Jon: incline, dancing, singing, laughing. Having fun while building endurance, highly recommend his 60min walks. Having fun while being motivated and encouraged to keep going during tough times. Importance of community and also some singing/dancing.”

— Ailil Ballard

Jon Hosking’s 60-minute 80s walk strikes the perfect balance between serious endurance building and pure joy. Incline work, movement, music, laughter, and community all rolled into one extended walk—this is what makes Peloton classes feel less like exercise and more like time spent with friends who happen to be cheering you on. Whether you’re new to longer walks or a seasoned endurance athlete, this Peloton class delivers both the physical challenge and the emotional uplift that keeps us coming back. Jon’s mastery of the 60-minute format is on full display here.

3. Favorite Power Zone Ride

Favorite Peloton Classes Christian

04/02/26 30-Minute Power Zone with Christian Vande Velde

“Best class was Christian Vande Velde 30 min Power Zone on 4/2.”

— Laura Corcoran

Laura’s choice of this TCO Top 5 Peloton class reflects a strategic approach to training: pairing power zone work with her broader strength routine to build comprehensive fitness. Christian Vande Velde’s power zone rides are known for clean coaching and well-structured intervals, making them an excellent complement to the kind of intentional strength work that builds real fitness. If you’re layering endurance and strength training, this 30-minute power zone class is exactly the kind of focused, efficient ride that fits seamlessly into a thoughtful training plan. Christian Vande Velde’s ability to make 30 minutes count makes this a valuable addition to any rider’s rotation.

4. Favorite Yoga + Pilates Fusion

Favorite Peloton Classes Greta

3/22/26 30-Minute Yoga + Pilates with Greta Dopp

“I took this medium-spicy Yoga + Pilates class in-studio with Greta and I plan to take it over and over and over again at home. The transitions between Yoga and Pilates are buttery smooth and this class works every aspect of your core. Not your abs, your core—the kind of work that we all need but tend to avoid. The 30 minutes flies by and you won’t even know she’s kicked your butt until the following day when you’re wondering what in the world made your torso so sore. The answer is Greta. Greta made you sore. And then you’ll want to take the class all over again.”

— Nikki Smith

Greta Dopp’s yoga + pilates fusion is the kind of Peloton class that sneaks up on you—deceptively approachable, brutally effective. The seamless flow between yoga and pilates movements means there’s no awkward reset; instead, you’re constantly working, constantly engaged. This isn’t about visible abs; it’s about core strength that serves every other workout you do. Nikki’s enthusiastic callback to how sore she was the next day tells you everything about the depth of this Peloton class. Plan to repeat this one—Greta Dopp’s design makes it worth revisiting again and again.

5. The Unstackable: Favorite Power Zone Progression Ride

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

Favorite Peloton Classes Matt Wilpers

04/04/26 60-Minute Power Zone with Matt Wilpers

“If you’re following Matt’s yearlong progression plan in the Saturday live rides, this was the first major jump up out of base building. It was a Zone 4 pyramid, with intervals of 4, 6, 8, 6, 4 minutes, and all Zone 2 recoveries between. Matt clarified that these long Zone 4 efforts are the plan for April, and that each weekend we are expanding them to—I think—12 minutes by month’s end? Yikes! He says it’s a mental game and of course he’s right. Most of us who’ve done an FTP test (or 5) know we can do this work, yet the length of the class and the lack of true recovery (staying in Zone 2) was a real test in all the ways. I actually bonked halfway through (I finished, but it was rough!). Literally, unstackable! But no matter, my memory is short and I’m here for everything he’s offering, so I’ll be back next weekend!”

— Elizabeth Schlosberg

Matt Wilpers’ 60-minute power zone class is the turning point in his yearlong progression plan—the moment where base building gives way to real intensity. A Zone 4 pyramid with expanding intervals tests your physical fitness and your mental resolve. Elizabeth’s honesty about bonking halfway through, then immediately committing to next weekend’s class, captures exactly what makes this Peloton class unstackable: it’s hard enough to demand your full attention, but meaningful enough that you can’t wait to do it again. If you’re following Matt Wilpers’ program, this power zone class is the one that separates the committed from the casual.

Thank you!

Thank you to all of our listeners for sharing your recommendations and enthusiasm. Keep the nominations coming, and maybe your favorite will make the TCO Top 5 Peloton classes list next week!
