Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Row
07/03/2024 Endurance Row with Alex Karwoski
Sslester recommended this class, not just for the workout but for the purpose behind it, saying “Alex’s 30 minute endurance row from July 3 was fabulous. It was dedicated to parents/caregivers. I may have teared up at one point and the music was great.” If you want to delve more into classes that focus on caregiving and also adaptive workouts, check out Peloton’s Adaptive Training Classes and this 2022 article that spotlighted Peloton’s Seated Adaptive Strength Program and Adaptive Training: Caregivers Spotlight collection. It’s great that these types of discussions are brought up in classes throughout the Peloton platform.
2. Favorite Run
07/04/2019 All for One Run With All the Tread Instructors
Bettrnetter loved this Run and for those who are always nostalgic for the “good old days” of Peloton, this one’s for you! Bettrnetter said “This run was before I was a member – it’s fun seeing the old studio and some instructors who are gone. I love the constant rotation of instructors and their banter. It made for a fun, easy run.” Check out other All For One classes (but… fun (?) fact…the “All For One” classes under “collections” are not the “All For One” classes that include numerous instructors – but you can use “All For One” as a search modality to find them). Also, this is the LAST remaining class that includes past instructor Oliver Lee.
3. Favorite Holiday Ride
07/04/2024 Fourth of July Ride with Emma Lovewell
Kimberly Ray Jessup said “Emma’s 4th of July ride closely followed by her Canada Day Pop ride! Both such fun playlists and such good energy from a very pregnant Emma! And her lifeguard stories and pics on Insta were icing on the cake. “
4. Favorite Low Impact Ride
10/02/2021 Low Impact Ride with Matt Wilpers
The classics are always great! Karen Smith said “I pulled a ride from the archives and was not disappointed. Matt Wilpers low impact ride from 10/2/21 was so good as a recovery ride! He focused the whole class on technique, working on forms and drills. If you’re looking for a good recovery ride with some fun drills, this is it!”
5. Favorite Unstackable Strength
06/30/2024 60 minute Full Body Strength with Rebecca Kennedy
Connieslifechoices (#triathlete06) picked this class as her favorite but also her unstackable. Rebecca “subbed” for Andy Speer on June 30 and she did not give the Sunday morning workout crew a break! Connieslifechoices said “Such an amazing class, very well structured, flew by, but tough! Looking forward to more 60 minute strength classes from other instructors.” Lots of leg work in this one, folks – you may need to avoid stairs for a couple of days after this one.
Thank you!
